- HUMAN APPEARANCE: The physique of a dancer but none of the skill, Mei is quite toned and supple. Her horns protrude from her hair in an angular fashion and are quite large comparatively to her violet locks. Scales run the length of her body most visibly on her hands and feet, but also around her midriff and cheeks, she has sharper pointed canines than most other dragons in human form. She wears a light loincloth with high slits, as the outfit shows off her stomach region, and she dawns mid-shoulder guards that run into a cape. Her collared brown neck piece runs into her cropped top. She usually wears this on warmer days, and on colder ones since she cannot necessarily feel the cold, and she rarely changes unless choosing a different form between her dragons'.

DRAGON APPEARANCE: XxX Mei's serpentine body is quite large and her scales the color of greens and blues. Her horns elongate into spikes down her mane, manifesting into one horn on the top of her head, and her jaws can crack apart to swallow large livestock. From the points of her horn seem to emit a menacing light when concentrated, and some have even said an orb or black can cascade upon them and destroy an entire village if one were to anger her.
Battleworn: In Mei's battle form, she can change herself slightly. Her hair grows darker, her eyes a lurid red, and longer while her toenails turn sharp as does her nails. (Hair, at least in Japanese and Chinese lore is said to garner more strength for the individual.) Her horns grow smaller, presumably to stop any from grabbing hold of them, and her clothes can range from a dress of sorts to black gloves.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Whenever she feels certain emotions despite her normal range of them, Mei can change her hair length, color, and even manifest a tail whenever she pleases. It all depends on her mood, however, and thus she can look like a completely different person whenever the emotion strikes.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
- PERSONALITY: Just as the child she exudes physically, Mei is flamboyant and happy all the time. She works well with her companions for the sole fact she is like the child of the group, and she enjoys climbing on tall people or things, and acting very childish when she can. She enjoys playing games, whether sadistic or usually innocent, and her love for food knows no bounds. Mei is a very mystical person, reading whenever she gets the chance of the many religions, and she enjoys telling people of her findings when the occasion arises. She's very protective of certain individuals, and she seems to do everything in her power to protect them, whether verbally or physically.
Seeing as she is a lot older than what she physically perceives, her personality has another edge to it. When in combat she turns into a very different girl, forgetting her own strength and ends up harming others more than she intends. Though she regularly wishes to enter combat with another, whether it be because of her own thought of defending someone's honor, kicking some sense into them, or what have you, the after events weigh heavily on the girl's mind. Mei is like the spring, always sunny and flamboyant. Her happiness stretches to all those around her, and she enjoys to give all of the emotions away to those who desperately need it. She is never against helping others, and she would put herself into danger before allowing anyone else to place such a burden on themselves. She is very easily manipulated, however, and the murder of the truth told by the book of Ages may not have entirely been understood by the small girl.

STRENGTHS: Amazing in endurance, strength, and her combat in hand to hand is astounding. Mei rules on the battlefield when it comes to punching and kicking and twirling about, and she can sustain many kicks in the air by just momentum alone. She was once smacked with a metal rebar and laughingly said, "It tickles" before continuing on with her beating.
WEAKNESSES: Long ranged combat unless in dragon form and is insanely short sighted. Because her endurance is insanely high, she will not usually dodge attacks given. Thus it is easy to overpower her/ harm her if she underestimates her opponent. Because she sees goodness in everyone, Mei is easily manipulated and will use her insane strength to harm those she deems as harmful for the peaceful future.
HOBBIES: Mei loves to cook and bake (though she rarely has the patience to see it through), and she's rather talented in collecting random momentos
EXPERTISE: Food Competitions: Mei seems to have a bottomless stomach and thus will eat anything and everything. She's so gluttonous that she will even make bets and put money on how much she can eat in an allotted amount of time.
Book Smarts: Mei loves to read and through this she is rather knowledgeable about most things. Because of this she'll usually bring up random facts in everyday conversation and enjoys referencing books in her off hours.
MY HISTORY: Mei's life began in a large cave smack dab in the middle of a thunderstorm. Her mother, another lightning dragon like herself, could only find comfort in the thunder and heavy waves of the ocean and thus chose the spot especially to have her brood. Mei was the last of her siblings to hatch, but also the first to walk without falling or to find her voice to shout, and it would sow the words of this tale rather soon in life.
Going back to the city, Mei lived her life in usual fashion: not really existing. Her life was mundane, her mother happy to have her children, and there wasn't anything to really write home about. The truth was told to them, yes, but they were still taught to love everyone around them regardless of race or creed and thus she did. To instil this in her even more, she decided to join the royal guard- the Deathwatchers- to protect the royal family from any such harm that may be imposed on them. She would never want anyone to get hurt, and honestly she was also manipulated by her mother to join. Protecting the royalties is something Mei always wanted to do, she loved to look upon the castle, and it wasn't too hard anyways. It was trying to get the girl to want to harm anyone who would go against the crown.
Regardless of this, Mei lives her days happy as a bird and dropping candies whenever she can to those who are least suspecting. Her only goal is to make everyone happy, and by gods she'll do it!

PERSONAL POWER: Lightning Manipulation: The abilities herein that allow Mei to harness the power of lightning, from the sky or from her own body, to her whim and do a multitude of things.
Lightning Assault: Mei will somersault into the air and do various front flips towards her target, releasing stunning or, in extreme situations, deadly lightning at an enemy. It does not move as fast as lightning in the real world, just being a very fast bullet of sorts, and thus the accuracy is rather high but a skilled vampire, elf, or were can dodge if they are not too big. (1 post limit, 1 post cooldown)
Charge of Light: Moving so fast it appears she teleports- meaning she does move 1/3 as fast as the speed of light-, Mei will unleash a barrage of accurate lightning attacks at an opponent. She must go in a straight line when achieving this ability, but because of her agility, she can appear behind an opponent and dart here or there without them knowing. Extremely accurate, and thus the long cooldown, this ability can not be seen easily. However because of its pinpoint accuracy, Mei does not loop one ability into another for she never wishes to harm anyone so greatly. (1 post limit, 3 post cooldown. When using in conjunction with each other, 2 post limit, 5 post cooldown)
Double Kick: Almost defying the laws of gravity, Mei is so swift in her movements that she has perfected a double back kick before ever hitting the ground. (This can be used after one of her normal combos, which makes this ability so dangerous but also so unique.) Seeing at she already has to come in contact with someone to achieve this ability, it is rather accurate. (1 post limit, 1 post cooldown)
Belly Lightning: A name Mei is quite fond of, this showcases the ability to breathe pure lightning from her mouth and spit it at opponents with blinding speed. Very effective during close combat, and this technique was developed shortly after her learning of her style of fighting. The arc spans a good many inches to the side, downward, and can reach up to 7 feet away from her. Because of the vast space reached, it is accurate and is so fast it moves like that of lightning. However, if one were not at the initial blast sight- close to her mouth- and were only on the fringes it would not harm them as much. Only causing slight burns or stunning damage. (1 post limit, 2 post cooldown)
Serene Flight: It may look like flying, but Mei hasn't the time to develop this ability to its rounded edges. Instead, she seems to leap tall, and long, gaps at a time whether catching enemies off guard during combat, or simply because she wanted to reach an apple in a tree. (Constant; it has no offensive capability)
Saisei Suru: The power of healing. Because of the dragon blood (which some have called as mystical as a Kirin's) that runs through her veins, Mei's healing ability, if you can even cut her skin, is outstanding. Even if enemies could wound her immensely, it would take her mere seconds (2 posts) before she's up to the fight again. She is found most often cutting her own flesh and infusing it with lightning, however, to heal strangers and even though this is immensely foolish, she will always help one in need. Even if they may be out to kill her. (Her Intelligence is pretty low so she's easily tricked, just like a child.) (Constant; it's in her blood)
Ten to One-hundred Point Hit: Mei's extreme speed, coupled with her Lightning Fists ability, does just that. Depending on the severity of her opponent, Mei can hit ten to up to one-hundred times before the opponent realizes they've already been downed. She has never gone above ten hits on a live target before, however, as she feels any more than that could seriously injure or kill the enemy. Because she would already have to be in contact with an opponent, the strikes are quite accurate. She literally infuses the quickness of lightning into herself, though another reason she has never gone above 10 strikes is because- even if she is a beast made out of the destructive element- it can still overheat her flesh and cause burns and lacerations. (1 post limit, 4 post cooldown)
Ballista Cuffs: Mei has the ability to harden any part of her body, usually her arms or legs, with the power of lightning. By infusing her element into every attack, there is a slight chance of stunning an enemy and the speed of her attacks heighten slightly. (3 post limit, 5 post cooldown)
Lightning attacks only in Dragon Form:
Heaven's Storm: An ability that does profound damage and destruction, thus is never used under any circumstances, by splitting the very heavens in two. Mei is able to bring forth thunderstorms, tornadoes, and any act of nature dealing with the sky to do her bidding. (5 post limit, 10 post cooldown)
Breath of Creation: Using her manipulation of lightning, Mei wills the very sparks into form. Usually in the figure of her Kirin spirit, it launches at foes with merciless force to the point they believe it has a mind of its very own. (5 post limit, 7 post cooldown)
Prayer of Light: Mei wills the very light to her side in this devastating ability. Most can control shadows, but what would they do if the very light turns against them? A pure white shadow appears below her, stretching forth and strangling, fighting, and harming anything it touches. It's tendrils cannot be seen, thus making this attack even more devastating as the opponent can not understand/fathom what is happening to them. You cannot fight what you cannot see or sense. (2 post limit, 6 post cooldown)
