- PERSONALITY: Vergaelus is a character of true serenity and an ego worthy of the word, cognizant. He always carries a demeanor of spirituality in his words and attitude despite any notable criticism. Though it is clear he is no saint, the king is wise enough to be more rational minded in any recreational activity or conflict. Even upon allies, he commonly uses a neutral tone and seeks to look out for the best interest at heart for his country. Possesses little sense of humor, but true to his heart is a child of the harvest and tends to cherish the atmosphere as a whole.
In some occassions even the king finds himself becoming stern and bold when the threat of life or act against nature is at stake. Oddly enough, he loathes the stereotypes made upon by others as long ears, fairy or pixie anything, and subjecting elves to be good at only ranged combat or illusions. He is fond of other great minds on subjects of the sciences and history as it triggers his yearn for knowledge. MY HISTORY: The fires of war blazed among lands both close and afar; destroying nature and the origin of its species. One such land that embodied this endless dark blight was once the sacred land that the core of Yggdrasil harvest, Illandyre. The wrath of beast, man, and even the fel of nature crippled what was once known as the hearth of the light.
The last remaining sacred old ancient order, The Seraph's Cry, was making its last stand with its predecessors, the faerie, whom worked in tandem to defend the "Book of Ages" from the hordes that stood at the gate. The Vice Commander, after the loss of his Commander and a majority of his force in direct combat, carried the child of his deceased wife. Alas, his choice was to fight to the death against the opposing forces that came charging at him.
But while opportunity blessed them with the strategy of geography and enchantments of even the mundane of objects into weapons of war. Their efforts caused the retreat of half of the enemy forces back to the lands in which they came, but at the cost of a near genocide of the elven army. Above all, the cry of a baby boy caught the attention of a high maiden who was later known to be one of the many saviors of the land.
Over many Centuries, the name of Styresyong resonated in many small villages in accordance with the late King's wish. This child gifted in mana and enchantment arts grew to be prodigy to the woman called War Maiden Sorenskye. Though like mother and son, not all were always pleased with the outcome of their pilgrimage to restore the kingdom.
On the dawn of the ceremony of the kingdom to grant them the sacred rite of the faerie, An ambush from a group of droves(dark/night elves) and a high elf revolutionary among the late king's old order had slain The War Maiden. Only the High Elf whom identified himself as a Blood Elf, the Sin'Dorei, escaped as the others were executed.
For several more centuries, the battle between the Old Empire and the New Kingdom clashed with many great warriors from all nations becoming involved in what would be known as "The Dawn-Dusk Conflict". It was in these times that the once charismatic and noble hearted Styresyong became ruthless, unsentimental, yet calculative and well beyond his recognition. Though crude and coercive, the art of war had been conquered by this one elf by both ingenuity and madness unbeknownst to all.
In the final battlefield, Quel'Ralas, The forces of the Old Empire dwindled and suffered with heavy casualties at the mercy of the New Kingdom's Commanding General. Alas, the head of the Old Empire's tained High Elf Head Commander, Lytestryn, the Heir and King's son, was taken back as trophy and sent atop of the King's throne. The King was ultimately the mastermind behind the cause of the war and sought to eliminate Styresyong along with his closest allies.
While all the King's Guard and all the King's best men seized; The sole remaining and empowered Styresyong unleashed the greatest magic in an attempt to wipe the kingdom of all who dared to oppose him. The origin of the name "Ragnarok" was akin to the apocalypse or any great disaster on earth, but no one knew it could be truly created by a lone man. At the cost of tens of thousands of lives, the after effect of natural disasters splitting the lands, and a corrupted soul, Styresyong had obtained the throne.
It was the day after when he was confronted once by the keeper of the "Book of Ages" through a message that forewarned of his desire of dominance. Though acknowledged, The newly announced Elf King united the lands under a single neo imperialistic government divided into districts and sections into provinces all micromanaged by his own doing. The acts of rebellion and treason against him were quelled as quickly as they rose in silence.
A majority of each nation compromised in sessions by negotiating terms that granted the necessary resources, produce, and technology to prosper through a network trade system. This brought the invention of an artificial stone made of natural mana substance called "Manacite" that enhances the production of mana through the earth while harvesting more to maintain natural preservation of energy. Warfare & Sustainability has drastically became expanded by the creation of Technomagic, The Magic-Art Treaty, and the Nature-Nurture Act.
Technomagic implemented the use of all magics through mechanized weapons and gear with natural attributions to enhance user capability without decreasing natural experience. The Magic Act Treaty created a unity between different classes and schools between elves of all combat specialties to choose between compatible arts/magic. The Nature-Nurture Act safeguards the preservation of natural land and the nurturing of industrial practices exclusive to boundaries within governing territories who oversee the rights.
...Styresyong, though still fairly young and inexperienced to the universe, governs his kingdom always in caution, never truly restless, seeking ambition where it needs him the most.

Smite, a power utilizing cosmic/astro magnetism, infuses and unleashes the energy of star related phenomeon into the atmosphere. By the manipulation of natural atoms and molecules via electrons with various types of bonds or attractions/repulsions, the user generates forms of kinetic energy into spatial vectors/paths that follow consecutive patterns. By appearance alone it is mistaken as wind and wave motion control, but in reality becomes a ceaseless charge of highly amplified force that disrupts air and mana particles in frenzy.
