you get one with every GC purchase... what a waste...

Everything in that box is worthless in this economy. Some don't even bother with it.

My feels are that they should either update it appropriately as you suggest or remove it completely.

They might be better off putting it in one of the many cash shops as a cheap item and bundle it up in quantities since its needed for Alchemy..

As for the other boxes. We might get that rare drop item that is needed for a formula, but everything else is garbage.

Gaia needs to step up the game.
They sell us the Quest formulas for GC yet we can't get the items necessary because of rarity. TBH its not about the rarity of the crafted item because it is worth less than many many others out there, it makes no sense why they can't be more abundant. It twists Alchemy out of proportion.

I'll always support this. I remember when these used to feel like an event, but they've become more like redundant, useless clutter than anything. I've gotten a lot of Crystal Boxes in the Dumpster in recent years, and these were meant to be rewards for people actually financially supporting the site.

I'll sign and do my best to spread the word.

Apparently they're being replaced with another reward, so that's... promising. As much as I would have preferred an update to keep people who purchased GCash just before this development in the loop, I'm unsure of how modifying existing RIGs works or whether that would have been feasible, or at least more time consuming.
