The guys: The suits, or those weird looking 70's ish costumes they get...
Hitomi: The Unicorn bathing suit + pants. Her DOA4 outfits. The 3rd costume in DOA3 (which, I think is supposed to match one of Zack's outfits...)
Kasumi: The white and red ninja outfit.
Ayane: Her dresses!! Or her sweatpants. Or the black jacket + pants and necklace costume. Or the one with the camoflauge skirt... (They gave her a LOT of cool outfits in DOA2U).
Helena: Default costume in DOA3. The red and black version of it.
Lei Fang: Her dresses, but especially the white one, and the blue one. Her shorts and leather top.
Tina: Probably the cowgirl looking thing...
Christie: Her DOA3 default costume, and her suits.

Continuing my favorite outfits thread:

Jann Lee: His black suit w/ tie and the red shirt outfit from DOA2
Bass: His white suit w/hat and shades from DOAU2. Mainly because he looks like a playa that way.
Gen Fu: His "Rumpelstilskin" outfit, for lack of a better description
Ayane: Her black ninja outfit from DOA3. Really wish this one had come back for the 4th game.
Kasumi: XMAS Kasumi!
Hitomi: Her street clothes with the yellow top sans jacket

Kasumi: Camo bikini , Army helmet and green pants.
Zack: Tux
Ryu: Ninja Gaiden Outfit
Gen-Fu: Tea Bag hat.
