I had salad-bar salad, but I had class this afternoon and have class tonight. So I have a bitty excuse.
The other night I made spaghetti squash with homemade sauce, meat balls, salad, and garlic bread. It was good.

We're having Pizza tonight: 1 California Style Pizza Bread (yup, we live in CA) Topped in this order with: grated low fat Mozzarella Cheese Ragu Classical Pizza Sauce Ready grated Parmesan cheese CA Feta cheese, crumbled while putting on pizza half pizza with: Kalamata olives Fresh Basil Leaves whole pizza with grated CA cheddar cheese
Popped in 475F oven for 10 minutes.
I got tired of burning the roof of my mouth on the pizza tomatoe suace under the top layer of Mozzarella Cheese, so I put the Mozzarella on first. No burnt mouths!

I was thinking of making some chicken vegetable soup, but maybe I'll make some spicy roasted chicken with vegetable couscous.

Prosciuto and melon with a bruchetta. Spinach salad with Blue Cheese dressing. Gnocchi with a thin creame sauce, fresh bread (love my neighbor), and something in the White Wine land (assuming the room-mate hasn't already gotten into it). Cheese cake.
