Has anyone else drawn any of the no-reissue heroes? They're pretty good. I got the HP/ATKx1.5 Cress on a long-shot single roll. Not only did this make the heroes I got in my previous two 50-stone rolls worth it, but it means that I'm not getting one/two-shot nearly as often!
Maybe, just maybe, I'll have a shot at that Kratos...
Congrats on getting what you needed!
At the moment, I only have enough for two multi rolls. And I'm sooooo very tempted. I may be able to run the Barbatos Cheese strategy, but having a rainbow leader would be nice. But I also hear End-of-Year/New Year's are also good one to roll for too...
I think I just may cave. According to the Reddit consensus, the Series Collection at least doesn't have the 5-star pool diluted by common 5-stars.

Welp I went ahead and caved and I definitely wasn't as lucky as you, Evil. xd Not a single 5-star. I even tried to push my luck and used my remaining 30-some stones for single pulls. It's like the game went, "You're already able to cheese everything with Barbatos and you have some dual-type 1.5 HP/ATK leaders, so no Rainbow leader for you!" rofl
I'm saving up some stones for one last roll. Maybe, if I'm lucky, I'll be able to limit break one of these guys.
It's too bad about your lack of rainbows, but if it's any consolation, I wouldn't be able to get anywhere in Ares Realm without the two Barbatos leaders on my friends list.
...Although I can't get anywhere in Ares Realm even with those. It be cray-cray. I'm stuck on the Oracle stage Agria. I can only imagine what will happen when I reach Kratos.
EDIT: Hot damn! Two arte healers in one New Year roll! It's been fun, Kratos, but I need that extra star. Anyway, looks like the rolling RNG is with me, but not the gameplay RNG.

Oh nooooo. With Year-End and New Year actually looking pretty good, I'm sorely regretting going all out for the Series Collection. XD;; It's just...damn, the special units in that are never getting re-released, ever. But I wouldn't complain if they ever go back on their word with that... surprised

Ohhh but I just know Barbatos cheese isn't going to work someday. xd In the JP version there are already special bosses that will drain LC at the beginning of the battle, as well as special event stages where LC gain is blocked in the first wave. It's only a matter of time before Global gets that.
Hmm...are you trying to go with a double-boosting strategy, but you just can't survive long enough? As for Kratos himself...he'll basically work like Barbatos except his desperation attack can petrify your units, on top of hitting hard. And for the next stages after the initial Crytstal-granting stage, his hits are harder and he has a few million more HP than Barbatos. ^_^;;
Holy crap, congrats. biggrin I'm so jealous of your rolling luck. I can get over gameplay screwery, but not being so good with rolling makes me ever so tempted to actually throw cash at this game.
Anyway, survival is definitely an issue, despite my increased focus on HP. Saleh is a tricky boss because he can just go "you're losing in three turns and there's nothing you can do about it, scrub." Maybe next time!
I'm still at the stage where I can do story content for Hero Stones, but even after that I don't plan to throw cash at this. It's ludicrously expensive, and I don't want to drop the equivalent of a new console game for a chance at getting a good hero in this.

...
I just have to say the new part of the story that got released recently? It gets really dark like goddamn. I didn't think this kind of game would have that in it.

Holy crap my feelings.
*curls into a ball on the floor clutching heart*
I've just been auto-spamming event stages lately, so I haven't gotten very far yet. Zephyr's just loitering around town right now, but I'm already getting some sinking/shady vibes.
Oh no, Yuri. Don't you do whatever you're about to do.
In minimally-spoilery terms, does this wrap up the flashback segment? Are we going back to the regularly scheduled programming soon?

Ohhh boy. The pink star ratings for the Part 3 stages are no joke. XD;; The waves before the boss are easy enough to be auto'd, but the bosses require a Mystic Arte to finish off. You don't necessarily need a UR level Mystic Arte, but to be safe, you want at least SR.
And it's more like GODDAMMIT POOR COMMUNICATION KILLS TROPE.
It does seem to set up for Part 4 returning back to our regularly scheduled programming. But man the twist is really a punch in the gut.
Ahem. Yeah, that got pretty dark. That interface-screwy stuff in the last part was pretty good.
When that whole thing started going down, I half-expected Zephyr to somehow become Caesar, but I see that's not quite what happened.
The funny thing is that I've had an RP idea (likely to never be used, of course) rolling around that included some very similar concepts to this whole thing. Huh.

Yeah, and they really nailed the mood in the final 3 void stages. It felt like something out of a creepypasta.
I wasn't expecting what you were, but I also wasn't expecting Zephyr to be THE Lord Lilium that Caesar was speaking to at the end of Chapter 2. I was expecting some kind of higher bigwig on par with Leonne.
The thing that punched me in the gut the most was finding out that he's resolved to just keep killing the reincarnations of his friends over and over and that he's been doing it for thousands of years.
