Howdy!
So glade you joined the guild.
To answer your question:
A Guild is an organization of persons with related interests, goals, etc., especially one formed for mutual aid or protection.
In this case its a cluster of close friends or family that aid each other.
Any of various merchants or artisans, organized to maintain standards and to protect the interests of its members.
So we make sure nothing bad will happen to anyone who will post a shop with in our forums.
Botany. a group of plants, as parasites, having a similar habit of growth and nutrition.
Garden of family?
Those are the three variations of what a guild is. lol
But really its just a big family. ;P If you have any more questions just ask. Everyone here is supremely helpful and friendly.
