Introducing the MVP of _____ Award, which will be awarded at the end of BitB.
Where 'you' as a guild captain pick in 'your' opinion who the MVP of your guild is. It could be anyone, a crew member, someone who you think is carrying the guild as whole, whomever it is that you think is the MVP, that most valuable person.
I think it's a perfectly acceptable honorary award that essentially anyone can strive for, they might not be the absolute best in the biz for that year but being the MVP of -insert guild name here- is also just as prestigious.
If you think someone is the heart and soul of your guild, or the one who keeps the gears turning. That's your MVP.
