My name's Leah, pronounced Riia. By meaning translation, call me Moriko. I like my name!!!! My Japanese Uncle says it suits me cause I always like to be in trees.

..i like my name...my japanese is my middle name...my name is actually in my user name..heheh..sumire ... biggrin ..but....blah..nobody prounouces it rite..grr stressed ...only japanese people

I'm Spanish-American, so I have 4 names (3 of which are spanish, 1 is english.)
I like my name, and wouldn't like to go by a different name.. Japanese or otherwise.
When I'm around Japanese speakers, I go by 1 of my last names (Martinez / Maruchinesu ) and my nickname-- Nena. (real name is Elena.)

I think I won't ever change my English real name, because I always find better ones soon afterwards, so ... I may as well stick to my current name, which has a nice meaning anyway.
But for now, my online identity remains Mizuki 3nodding because it can be interpreted as Mi-zuki (beautiful moon) as well as Mizu-ki (water hope) which I find quite interesting.

Oh, I wish I could have a Japanese name... not to change my real name to it, but to be a nickname of sorts. Like a second name to me when around Japanese people, or just with friends.
But I wouldn't really feel right giving one to myself, if I did, I would be more tempted to change it, and change it because I gave it to myself. sweatdrop
When I'm in 9th grade maybe my teacher will give me a name.
Only 1 more year of middle school untill they offer Japanese class!!!
