menmei_chan would love to get some plotting in with you, especially with your teacher types because of delphi.
I'm revamping Lilith a bit. She's going to be a bit darker than I had planned. Huee. It fits her look though. But yes agreed. I'll get to you...eventually -i cri- I'll try to post some of what I've worked on after I get hw turned in

Hahah, I was ganna say you could have bella join the club i wanna make for victoria, but she's already in garden & music right? Anywho, i think Cryssy & Victoria would get along with Bella so it would be cool. ^^

Right, so let's straighten out this lore.
Dragons [species]
What about the subspecies, like fire, water, acid, etc., dragons? Are they all united under a single clan with one ruling family, have separate clans each with a ruling body, or...?
Some starting thoughts on my end:
a. If all, say, fire dragons are united and there's only one ruling family... Then where do the princesses get married off to? What do the princes marry? Other dragon subspecies? Water?! Yeeeachh! Haha, just kiddin'.
b. If there are separate clans, then I suppose the princes/princesses of those clans can pair up to increase their territorial reach and power? (So fire dragons from, say, Ojutai can pair up with the fire dragons from Silumgar, and so on to keep their pure bloodlines going?)
c. If we wanna be purists.... Traditionally, dragons are kinda...solitary. They're hoarding, territorial SOBs who apparently love to cause chaos (stealing damsels and such). Some sources consider them evil, for the most part, while others break them into clans with distinct features and values. (My favorite book as a kid has them living in an alternate realm or something, buuut....)
Discussion, go!
And, ah, yes, I'm asking on behalf of my dragon and have included the rest with (full) dragon characters here. Cia, I included you because, well, lore.

Happy Holidays! As for Kerissa. She's really the princess of the fire dragons in general. The rest of the clans I have no idea on the rest of the clans. Mmm marriage is far from her mind so no not at the moment But in character her parents will be mailing her suitors for marriage. At the moment she is just enjoying her school life and Kendo!

Another dragon person here.
What's going to happen is that your Kerissa can be the princess of fire dragons in her area that she lived in and Leon is going to be the prince of fire dragons in his general area. These are two different clans (and there will probably be others) so they won't know each other. They could possibly know that there are other prince/sses but they won't know each other by name unless you make it so.
My dragon (Tatsuya) is going to know Leon because he and his mother basically went to Leon's family for help but Tatsuya won't know that Kerissa is the princess of the fire dragons in her area because, well, he's not a fire dragon. HAHAHA.
Well,that, and he's not that educated about politics.

Thanks for the input! I've put together a piece on dragon lore--including the stuff we decided on clans, etc.--here. (The "further reading" topics are a work in progress, so there's not much there yet. ^_^; ) I'm open to suggestions and such if there's anything else you guys think should be added to it.
Kerissa, you mentioned Keri being of the Dragonbane clan; do you want to send me a blurb on the clan to add to the "Known Clans" section? (If there's anything we should add for Tatsuya, Yuuta, let me know that too!)
