This forum exists for teaching others. Have questions about how to get better? Wanna bounce ideas on characters, or worlds, or even events? This is the perfect place to do it.
Furthermore, I will post threads about various topics in hopes of educating people. If there are any suggestions, feel free to post them here.

I think a tutorial on various kinds of RP sign ups would be good. There are some who enjoy profiles, and may have issues with building a well rounded character... But I also know there are multiple kinds of walk in RPs, ranging from things which are less serious to those that require you to keep your character in check and balance on your own.
It might also be good to do a workshop on balancing your characters. Things like; "Yes, if the story needs it you can be uber powerful, but you need a crippling weakness to balance every strength" And so on.
Also, an explanation on working out fight scenes in private may be good. Things like acceptable godmodding... where you and the person you're playing with work out in PM and give approval for certain things to happen for the sake of flow of story. For example: Character 1 has mild mind control abilities while character 2 has no defense against them, and they make an agreement for a scene in which character one begins to control character 2 while character 2's post is their internal reaction to it. So on and so forth to make strengths and weaknesses more believable without harming anyone's RP integrity.
