Come one, come all, come sign up to participate in this year's Snag Cup! That's right, been awhile since we had a good ole fashioned smack down! So grab your balls and get ready to battle! Sign ups last from now until November 20th. Depending on the number of entries we will either use a Single Elimination style tournament with loser's bracket or a Round Robin style tournament. The format of the tournament regardless is traditional 6 vs 6 singles with one Mega Pokemon allowed per team.
Below are the rules so give them a quick look over and sign up by leaving your friend code and what days and times you think you will be free to battle.

1. All battles are to be in singles format only with Normal Battle rules.
2. All teams must consist of a total of six Pokemon.
3. Only one Mega Pokemon allowed per team OR one legendary Pokemon NOT in the following list: Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Diancie, and Hoopa. You are free to switch out your Mega/Legendary Pokemon for another in between battles.
4. For OR/AS players: If your opponent is using X/Y to participate in the tourney, you will need to have a backup Pokemon should your team use any OR/AS-exclusive Mega Pokemon, as they are incompatible with X/Y.
5. Only two duplicate held items allowed. Meaning two Leftovers are fine but not three.
6. No duplicate Pokemon. (No team of Ditto for you.)
7. Hacked or otherwise altered Pokemon outside of the game's normal means is strictly forbidden. Anyone found out to be using such Pokemon will be disqualified from this tournament and all future tournaments.
8. Any player also automatically loses if they knock out their last Pokemon via a move such as Explosion or Self-Destruct.
9. Soul Dew, Latiosite, and Latiasite are not allowed.
10. Have fun, be a good sport, and play by the rules set forth here.
