Why Phillip doesn't appear anymore in movies
At the Kamen Rider bar, an 8 story bar/hangout for Kamen Riders, Phillip is there testing out various alcohols for his practical research when a red haired man comes in. "Bartender, a shot of your cheapest whiskey." The bartender slides him a shot, the man takes a drink and jumps out the window, leaving Phillip surprised and in shock. Ten minutes later the same red haired man runs back into the bar. "Bartender, a shot of your cheapest whiskey." He takes another shot and jumps out the window again. Ten minutes later, he returns and orders another shot and repeats his jump out the window. Ten more minutes pass and the man returns. "Bartender, a shot of your" "Wait!" Cries Phillip, halting the man. "I've seen you jump out an 8th story window 3 times now and you are still coming back, how is this possible?" The man turns to Phillip and says. "Oh, it's the whiskey, it relaxes my body enough to survive the fall." Phillip is taken aback. "Really?" The man nods. "You've seen me do it 3 times." Phillip mumbles to himself. "Fascinating." And, steeling his courage. "Bartender, a shot of your cheapest whiskey." He takes a shot and jumps out the window. Ten minutes pass, no one returns. Twenty minutes, no one. Thirty Forty nothing. Finally the bartender looks at the red haired man and says "Takeru, you're a real jerk."
