Crystalline shall be co-owned by panda_xx and myself.

~RP rights go solely to panda to do as she pleases. She's been a great friend and dedicated lurker deserving to play with a Soquili.
~ Mate/Breeding partner will be panda's decision though I'd like her to keep me updated on who the lucky male is.
~ In the event either co-owner leaves Gaia then the said Soquili shall be returned to full ownership by the other party.

As for baskets

First Breeding: Shall be panda's decision of where the baskets go.
Second Breeding: Atleast one basket shall go to Rein
Third Breeding: The outcome of the baskets shall be made by the both of us.

In the event that three baskets are produced than Rein, panda, and the mate's ow ner shall decide where the destination of the foals lie.

Anything not covered shall be discussed by the both of us.

Rein has Sig and OOC rp rights

and any major things such as plots/mates/breedings/ Etc... shall be discused between the both of us.

~Able to make Mate ideas as long as its gone over with Rein_C
~Teepee Listing
~Full rights to the First and Third breeding (if any)

Rein_C is entitled to:

~OOC posting
~Helps in the decision of lifemates with Samus
~Rights to the Second Basket if there are breedings
~Teepee listing
~Sig Candy

As always if either party leaves Gaia the rule still stands for the opposite co-owner taking full control of listed soquili(s). This will exclude Sasuke whom will travel with Rein to the ends of the Earth *smilies/icon_heart.gif

PGM's Terms of Contract

~ Mika has Full RP Rights
~ Mika has sig rights
~ Mika has rights to the first and third breeding basket
~ Mika may enter Iolanthe in any contests or raffles she sees fit.

Rein's Term's of Contract

~ Rein has sig rights
~ Rein has rights to the second breeding basket

Co-Ownership Terms of contract

~ In the event of three baskets per any breeding the third shall be discussed by both parties where its destination is.
~ The potential mate must be discussed and agreed to by both parties. That way the decision is positive and won't cause disagreements in the future.
~ In the event of either party leaving Gaia permanently, the other party shall fully become the owner.
~ Any other agreements must be met by both parties before final decisions are made.

I can't find if there was an agreement written up or not. In any case Demon Eye is leaving Gaia therefore I am now the soul owner of said pet. Please make notation of this breakage in co-owners. Thank you.

Since I own Cotton's mate now it was only fair to give Naru co-ownership of Cotton Candy. Far as the breedings and baskets we will discuss where each basket goes but mostly to ourselves unless one would be as intended as a gift.

Rein have the following: Sig rights, Teepee Display,
Naru has the Following: Sig Rights, Teepee Display, RP Rights

Also if Naru wants to withdraw ownership he may do so at anytime.

Sig Rights: Both Rein and Myself have the right to put Hez and anything dealing with him in our sigs.

RP Rights: Bothe myself and Rein have the right to RP Hez. His personality will not be changed.

Breeding rights:
1st- Already obtained (mine)
2nd- Rein's
After her breeding Ownership of heziah will revert back to me. This is meant to help her obtain her very own Pure walker. Rein understands this and the fact that he has a set plotting for his breedings and agrees to keep with his breeding partner for the second breeding.

*I reserve the right to dissolve this agreement if Rein appears to abandon Gaia IE: no contact or warnings made for a period of 3 months.*
