She offered help with it when no one else would help and she has done sooooo much. I really admire her to be honest.

Ronove is co-owning the soquili Korofi, the son of Death and Khairi, with FallenMercury.
- Both have IC RPing rights (dual personalities, to be worked out in RP)
-- FM will have a darker, more aggressive personality.
-- Ronove will have the lighter, kinder personality.
- Both have full rights to OOC RP as well.
- Both will decide jointly on a mate for Korofi.
Breeding:
- Three baskets will result in both getting one, and the mare's owner recieving one.
- In the case of two baskets:
-- Most RPs done by FM - FM gets the basket
-- Most RPs done by Ronove - Ronove gets the basket
Other situations will be worked out as they arise. <3

[ Mialee ]  Tika will be Co-owned by Lunarflowermaiden and myself ^.^ -RP rights go to Lunarflowermaiden to rp as she pleases - A mate/breeding partner(s) will be decided on by Lunarflowermaiden - First breeding: a basket will go to Lunarflowermaiden (to do with as she wants) Hopefully keep it of course for her first soquili she fully owns herself ^.^ - Second breeding : a basket will go to me ^^ -Third Breeding: We'll decide together about where the basket goes - If a third basket comes up in a breeding a decision will be made by both of us. This discussion will also involve the other owner(s) of the other Soquili as they do have rights to say where the 3rd basket should go. All other decisions will be discussed and made by both of us ^.~

I would like to co-own Maeve with TrinityCowgirl.
RP Rights:
--TrinityCowgirl gets all formal RP rights
--Tamiko-chan may do little OOC RPs in-thread if she wishes, but it should not clash with what TrinityCowgirl may have set up plot-wise
Mates/Breeding Partners:
--Mates/breeding partners must be decided and approved jointly by Tamiko-chan and TrinityCowgirl
Breedings:
--First breeding: In the case that there are two baskets, TrinityCowgirl will get full ownership of one of the baskets (and the other owner will get the other basket). In the case that there are three baskets, both TrinityCowgirl and Tamiko-chan will receive a basket.
--Second Breeding: In the case that there are two baskets, Tamiko-chan will get full ownership of one of the baskets (and the other owner will get the other basket). In the case that there are three baskets, both TrinityCowgirl and Tamiko-chan will receive a basket (if approved by the other owner).
--Third breeding: If a third breeding is done, then ownership of the baskets will be discussed between TrinityCowgirl, Tamiko-chan, and the owner of the mate to see who gets the baskets.

First Breeding
:: If there are 2 baskets, I get one and the owner of the father will get a basket.
:: In the event there are 3 baskets, the above will remain the same, but TheMadHatter shall also receive a basket.
Second Breeding

~RP rights go solely to panda to do as she pleases. She's been a great friend and dedicated lurker deserving to play with a Soquili.
~ Mate/Breeding partner will be panda's decision though I'd like her to keep me updated on who the lucky male is.
~ In the event either co-owner leaves Gaia then the said Soquili shall be returned to full ownership by the other party.
As for baskets
First Breeding: Shall be panda's decision of where the baskets go.
Second Breeding: Atleast one basket shall go to Rein
Third Breeding: The outcome of the baskets shall be made by the both of us.
In the event that three baskets are produced than Rein, panda, and the mate's ow ner shall decide where the destination of the foals lie.

Co-ownership Rights-Basically, Trigun owns this Soquili fully, save for RP rights, but more or less, she also has those rights (more details below). -As for a mate, she may decide, but she must discuss this with me, PGM. - Should this agreement be violated, the Soquili will be owned fully by me, PhoenixGuardianMikazuki, as I am the original owner.Roleplay RightsBoth TrigunKittie and I will have rights, but TrigunKittie gets both IC and OOC rights (mostly), while, although I DO get IC rights, I (mostly) get OOC rights, unless another Soquili owner asks for RP from me. Lifemate-The mate will be discussed between us, but TrigunKittie will have the authority to choose who she thinks will stay with our shared companion. -The mate, once decided upon, will only stay with its lifemate. -The mate will only mate [breed] with its lifemate. - If the lifemate moves on and lifemates with another Soquili, our contract with that owner is broken and therefore TrigunKittie may choose another lifemate. If we are the ones to break the lifemate contract, I, PGM, will take authority and control over the Soquili. This applies to the breaking of the co-ownership contract above.Breeding Rights-1st Breeding, if there are 2 baskets, will go to the mate's owner and TrigunKittie. If there are 3 baskets, one will go to each of us and all will decide to do what we wish with our baskets. -2nd Breeding, same as the first breeding. -3rd Breeding, same as the first two breedings. -Elder Breeding, as there will be 4 baskets, they will be discussed and contributed accordingly.

THISTLEThis is the co-ownership agreement between myself (EchoLimaFoxtrot) and Werewolfkin on the matter of Thistle (son of Dusk and Viola).
Both of us will have full RP right. This won't really result in dual-personalities, thought there may be some memory lapses. When it comes to breeding, both have rights, as long as Werewolfkin gets a basket from his first or second breeding. Either of us can enter him into the breeding slots/whatever. Lifemates will be dual-decided and both of us will need to agree in the available thread.
