"Doesn't change the fact you have to; nobody's just going to let you go!" Janus tightened her grip, putting pressure on the back of Setsuko's neck. It wouldn't be enough to hurt her a lot, but it definitely got the point across. Perhaps an illusion would help?
Feeling the pressure Setsuko was at a loss. How was she supposed to get out of Janus' grip? If she was as strong as one of the characters in her manga she have no trouble but she was just Setsuko. Suddenly it came to her, a manga character! Without any reasoning Setsuko vanished into a puff of smoke and was replaced with a log, the branches of which Janus was holding on to.

"What the hell?" Janus said with a small laugh. Manga tropes? Really? She decided to throw the log against the other wall to see what would happen.
"Come out come out~" She said as she began listening for the succubus.
The log rolled a little before fading back to Setsuko. She couldn't get out of Janus' grip so had to make it seem like she had escaped. Sitting up Setsuko winced a little. Being thrown by Janus had scuffed her arm a little. "Ow..."

Before Setsuko knew it Janus was already at her throat with her hand held rigid like a knife's edge. Clearly her hearing was an advantage almost everywhere.
"... That's enough of that. You did decent for your first time." Janus put away her hand-knife and went off to her room, not seeming at all as playful as before until,
"Come on, we're going out!" The stars were all incredibly bright out, just begging for some idiots to come frolic under them. "Nighttime's the best here. You'll really like it!" Janus was all smiles now for some reason.
Setsuko let out a deep breath. Janus could be very scary when she wanted to be. When Janus called out that they were going out Setsuko got to her feet. She was a little nervous but also excited, this was a chance to see what the Underworld was actually like. Heading to the on suite Setsuko cleaned herself up and got changed. Now that she was out of her school uniform Setsuko wore shorts with knee socks and trainers with a hooded sweater. It was her more casual clothes and she felt comfortable in it. Comfortable enough in fact to wear her glasses.

"You look good~" Said Janus coming out of her room. "Why don't you look like this all the time? Seriously, it's like a reverse of every makeover in anything..." She of course was referring to the glasses.
"So, this is night." With a snap of her slender fingers the wall behind the rook rolled out like a big fancy carpet into the night. Streetlights sprung up like a pop-up book, and all the maids were looking incredible--incredibly bored--as they waited in lines for clubs. In the corners were spots to star gaze from. Hot moans could be heard in every other breeze if one was still. "It's pretty much the same as day, but here things work a little differently. First, the star light will, uh, inspect you, give you a once-over to make sure you're on the level. Second, you can bend them like you did everything earlier, but they're the ideas of others, so don't be mean. And finally... Don't try to find the moon." Janus' face steeled up as she said this, making it clear there were boundaries after all in this crazy world.
"I wear contacts at school. But I didn't pack spares." She didn't have any clean underwear either, but she wasn't going to mention that, this was the bag she took to the convention with her and she hadn't had a chance to change the contnents. When Janus caused the street to appear and explained about the stars all Setsuko could say was. "Oh..." To be honest she was a little disappointed. When Janus had said they were going out she thought they actually were, not more illusions.

"... What?" Janus said as some of the moonflowers around the path she was on wilted a little. "You tired of this place already? The place where literally anything is possible?" She sighed and rubbed her eyes.
Setusko looked to her feet a feeling a bit ashamed. "It...It's not that.. I just thought that when you said we were going out we would be going out out. I've never been to the underworld so I thought..." Setsuko didn't really know what to say. Compared to Janus she was a baby.

Somewhere Janus' anger had gotten intercepted on its way to her lips, replaced with a flippant shrug.
"Hey, it's your training. You're the boss." For the record she wasn't actually trying to guilt Setsuko, but she knew when this seed sprouted she would have already had a wonderful time, hopefully, out there in the real world.
"Gates down." Apparently the whole place was some cheesy house made for publicity purposes by some huge computer company we won't mention here because I don't really want my a**s to be ravaged at this poin--suffice to say Janus had a control over this place which made her look like the god she once was; and in her eyes, amid the haze of blindness, was a reluctance to leave. It was faint, but there nonetheless.
Janus had turned just as the entirety of the illusion went back to the old courtyard they saw at the beginning. They were only a few feet from the entrance, prompting the question of how far they'd actually gone inside the place.
"We'll go out, but we're going clubbing. Deal?" Janus smirked and turned to head out.
"S...Sure." For once Setsuko sounded a little enthusiastic. She had never been clubbing before but according to the anime and manga she seen it was supposed to be quite fun. Quickly she followed after Janus, best not to get lost in the underworld.

The next day Janus was up and cooking breakfast by the time Setsuko awoke. The aroma of demonic bacon and eggs--which, trust me, you don't wanna see the animal these came from--wrapped around the apartment and gave Setsuko's nose a little wake up kiss.
"Hey~ Breakfast time! You're gonna need after all the calories you burned last night." Would she remember that?
