An old lighthouse that was rebuilt after part of it was destroyed by Team Rocket. It appears to be somewhere near Cerulean City and a researched named Bill stays there in hopes of finding out many new mysteries and all kinds of strange Pokemon or how the Pokemon react to. Some say a giant Sized Dragonite has appeared a few times, surrounded by a mysterious fog, but none have discovered what it's looking for or why it's bigger than most Dragonite.
