Sere giggled and hugged Honoka's snout, she was quiet happy to have meet Honoka and Cri, and she was having a great time with them. Sere had wanted to explore today and was happy to have found a companion to go with her. Sere looked at Cri and waited for her to answer, Sere frowned at Honoka's comment about her parents, though she knew it was true if her mother knew she was out her with Khehora, she would fuss and worry. Sere smiled brightly and said "I hope we can be friends now, I like being with you" she said to Honoka, Sere smiled at what Cri said "I want to explore far and wide with Honoka when I'm old enough, when we grow up want to leave the Ashen City with me Honoka??" Sere asked, Sere rode along happily with Honoka, Sere nodded and watched closed as Cri instructed. She would aid when she could.

Criani had ignored Honoka and the little two-legger for the moment. Her training was kicking in and she knew Honoka could take care of herself and the little one.

When she heard Honoka's roar, she roared too, warning the dragons that they were well matched in the prey they had picked to attack.

She sent out a pulse of magic to search for the element of her magic, vital water. Thankfully they were close to the spring, and she could pull on that source for her attacks.

She pulled at as much water as she could and brought it close as the dragons closed in.

She smiled as she saw these were Yasili.

"Leave us be!" she yelled at them in draconic, but it seemed this pair were more bold, or rather more stupid, than the other pair she and Honoka had tangled with a few weeks ago.

She set her magic flowing in a rapid circle around her, the water it carried becoming as harsh as blades at such speeds. She felt Honoka's magic flowing in the earth below and wondered what the little Gaili had planed.

One dragon veered off and came towards Criani. She sent her spiked water towards the heart of the stupid dragon, the first wave not hurting it, but the following onslaught of water gashing it's chest. As Criani moved out of the way, she could hear the roar of pain, and she knew the dragon would turn and come back for retribution.

She caught out of the corner of her eye Honoka and her little charge. Of all the khehora she knew, Honoka was gifted with the knowledge of not only attacking, but defending.

She would protect the two-legger well.

Honoka watched Cri as she attacked her dragon out of the corner of her eye. But she forced herself to focus on the dragon bent on attacking her. She gathered her magic around her, and at the right moment, she manipulated her magic, and forced the earth to jut out of the ground at an angle that the spear of hardened dirt would pierce the dragon.

The dragon ran into it, and shattered the spear, but roared in pain as a gash opened in it's arm. Since these were Yasili's , the cut could be healed if the dragon was given time.

But Honoka was focusing on shielding her young charge with her wings as jagged rock fragments rained down. She gritted in pain as some hit her back, and felt them cut her, some sticking in her. She gritted her teeth and let out a small yell of pain, nothing compared to the dragon's roar, but still, it hurt.

She shook off the loose fragments of rock from her body and wings, then turned her head at the returning dragon. She reached out with her magic once again, this time she would not fail.

Sere was amazed by the power and magic that Criani and Honoka displayed. She watched carefully, how they fought the dragon. Sere still was unsure how she could help, being so young and unsure of her own magic. When Criani fell she was worried. She turned to Honoka fighting the other dragon, she had to help Honoka wasn't as experienced as Criani and Sere would never be able to live with herself if either of them were hurt with her hiding in nervous fear. Sere did her best to gather her light magic into a wavering ball and threw it at the dragon Honoka was fighting.
