RE Ranks: For mid-ranks, you basically put in application when you feel the character has developed to a point that the rank makes sense. As you missed the Rank-Up portion of the opening event, your character must earn the rank post-re-opening (and thus earn the rank in modern IC time).

Post in the appropriate thread once you've gained some RPs and done some Solos. We'll take a look and if the application looks good, you'll earn the rank.

RE Recycling Characters: This practice is generally particularly frowned upon. I don't like people rehashing the same character multiple times. If you want a new character, you can simply draft a new profile. If you clarify your intentions more, I may grant you permission this once, but I need to know what you mean by 'certainly plots have changed ideas' and why those must be associated with Ksenija. =3

You may re-convert your character this once. However, doing so still does not guarantee any Impressions or special treatment of the character and her history must still account for the time jump's event as she would have been alive and very young during that time period.

Additionally, this is the only rewrite you may have. Uncanny similarities in future profiles will be noted and worked out in the application process until the character is unique and separate. Rewriting a character is generally not allowed but because of the shift in the shop this is a 1 time exception. (I mention this simply for those who may read this in the future).
