Personality: Q is a 'mon of many facets (and antics): he's quirky (to put it lightly) and somewhat of a clown, but his heart's in the right place - he's friendly, loyal, and determined to help, though his childish antics of dubious sanity can be either a source of extreme exasperation or a bundle of laughs. However, when he gets his head in the game, he can actually be quite serious intelligent - he just doesn't bother most of the time because "where's the fun in planning ahead?" He also keeps making obscure references to "the Fourth Wall", and has a tendency to scream about "the Force" when wielding his Psycho Cut attack, but that's so minor compared to his other antics that most Pokémon just let that be in order to focus on eliminating his less tolerable quirks - for example, getting him to stop practicing the tuba at the crack of dawn.
Bio: To be blunt, Q has always been... interesting. He was born to a Gallade father and a Beheeyem mother, and his early days consist of various antics, including but not limited to: attempting to get his Ponyta neighbor to become his "noble steed", trying to find the monster under his bed so he can tame it to become his new pet, exploring the nearby caves despite the various hostile Pokémon living there, trying to convince his other neighbor Aegislash to let him use him to vanquish evil, attempting to find some evil to vanquish on his lonesome when said neighbor declined, and trying to make a cult to worship him. His parents loved him - his Gallade father and his Beheeyem mother both - but even they had to admit he was a handful.
Eventually, when he became old enough to leave the house, his parents pretty much pointed his adventurous tendencies toward the Guilds and let him loose, and he decided that rescuing other Pokémon was a good idea - it let him vanquish evil and help others at the same time!
Appearance: Q has white skin and red eyes, but otherwise he's the same as any other Elgyem. He does insist on wearing a pair of goggles, however - something about them making his head look less fat...Name: Guile (a.k.a. "Reaper")

Role: "The One with Shady Informants" "The Sane One"
Moveset: Leer, Scratch, Foresight, Night Shade, Astonish, Fury Swipes, Detect, Night Daze
Personality: Guile is quiet, hardy, and thoroughly cunning, with a dry, cutting wit that has brought many a Pokémon crying home for their mother; however, this sarcastic Sableye always gets the job done, and despite his shady past, he has a good heart... even if he can get a bit greedy on occasion. And did we mention the caustic wit?
Bio: Guile was born to a Zoroark father and a Sableye mother; his father taught him the arts of stealth and deception, while his mother taught him the same gemstone-related facts all Sableye learn. However, unlike his brothers, he wasn't interested in simply digging up gemstones. No, he wanted more thrill to it, more of a challenge. And then one day he spotted a rather large gemstone in a jewelry store and stole it, and he found the thrill he was looking for. Soon he became an infamous thief, going by the alias of Reaper. However, no thief's career can last forever, and he was soon caught. However, he struck a deal: go on the straight and narrow, join a Rescue Team, and he'd get his freedom... and so here he is.
Appearance: As any other Sableye, but his skin is indigo instead of the usual purple and there's a nick near the tip of his left ear.RecruitsName: Rika

Role: "The Spitfire"
Moveset: Play Rough, Iron Head, Taunt, Growl, Fairy Wind, Astonish, Fake Tears, Bite, Sweet Scent, Dragon Rush
Personality: Rika is pretty much the quintessential tomboy - a hot-headed, brave, only somewhat feminine girl who has a tendency to attack sexists, bigots, anyone who tries to "feminize" her too much, anyone who mistakenly calls her a guy, and pretty much anyone who pushes the wrong buttons. Oh, and she's VERY quick tempered.
Bio: Rika was born to a Mawile mother and a Hydreigon father. The thing is, she took more after her father than anything else - she even inherited his temper, resulting in several childhood incidents and thoroughly scared neighbors. In fact, the only one who wasn't scared of her was that weird little Elgyem who kept playing the tuba at five in the morning, but she viewed him as a little brother more than anything else.
At any rate, as she grew, her temper cooled (slightly), and she decided to put her power to good use and join a Rescue Team.
Appearance: A Shiny Mawile. There have been attempts to give her makeup or some form of "girly" accessory. Needless to say, it didn't end well for the Pokémon attempting it.Name: Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All a.k.a. Stormy

Role: "Enfant Terrible"
Moveset: Thunder Shock, Charm, Tail Whip, Sweet Kiss, Nasty Plot, Hurricane
Personality: By day, he's an adorable, sweet little Pichu who's just as eccentric as the team leader. By night (or just whenever the important people aren't paying attention), he's a sadistic, ruthless, megalomaniacal, and all-around Evil monster - and no, the capitalization is not a typo. Still, he's got room for Team Oddball and a few others in his black and twisted little heart.
Bio: Stormy's egg was given to the original Team members by a grateful Blissey client after their second mission (not counting the meet-and-greet). Upon touching the mind of the strange being known as Q (who he decided must be his Daddy), Stormageddon realized he was destined for greatness and began plotting to take over the world.
Appearance: As a normal Pichu, except he has blood-red eyes and the black and yellow colors are inverted (so basically yellow ear tips and "collar", red cheeks and eyes, black everything else).Name: Rush

Personality: A hasty, hyperactive, mischievous prankster with an appetite the size of a Wailord, Rush has a distinct love for all things sugary... especially chocolate.
Bio: His egg appeared in the Team's room with a note from a Lopunny around Easter. The egg then hatched later on, the baby Swirlix wandering off in search of chocolate. Fortunately, said search led him to Katherine of Team Venari, who brought him back to the Team's room.
Appearance: A Shiny Swirlix with blue eyes.Name: Pippa
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Species: Caterpie
Guild Group: Rescuers

Role: "The Shy One"
Moveset: Tackle, String Shot, Bug Bite, Air Slash, Flamethrower
Personality: A timid girl who's quite strong willed... not that you can tell, what with the stutter and tendency to try and blend into the background. She's shown hints of idolization toward Q... though fortunately she hasn't picked up his eccentricity.
Bio: Pippa was abused for most of her life by her Pidgeot father; when she finally got up the courage to run away, she ended up being captured and her father paid for a Team to go get her back. As one might guess, the lucky group was Team Oddball, and after an interesting adventure involving a criminal syndicate, Trick Room, a sharp rock, and a megaphone, she (and dozens of other Pokémon) was rescued and brought back. Granted, her father tried to punish her when she got back, but Rika took care of the guy in VERY short order. In gratitude, Pippa decided to join Team Oddball, completely unaware of the utter insanity she'd signed up for.
Appearance: A Caterpie who likes to wear a ribbon on her back.Name: Luna

Role: "The Mystic"
Moveset: Psywave, Defense Curl, Lucky Chant, Yawn, Psybeam, Imprison, Moonblast
Personality: Luna is absentminded and nods off a lot, but is otherwise incredibly calm, even in the most dire of situations... or maybe she's just sleepy. Could be both.
Bio: Luna was always rather dreamy - not in the sense of being incredibly attractive, but rather in the sense that she always seemed to be half-asleep. Occasionally she receives visions of the future, but she has no control over them, and they only happen when she's asleep. For example, one of her visions showed her being saved by "chaotic white and shadowed gemstone" - and sure enough, several days later she got helped out of a pickle by a certain chaotic Elgyem and his ex-criminal Sableye partner.
Appearance: A silver Munna with midnight blue crescents instead of flowers.
