The doll cannot be a pet or an animal meaning you cannot use the second pose of the box to create a custom pet companion, such as that of a CI rare pet like you would be able to get with a Ruby Ticket. The second doll can and is encouraged to be your paw avatar! However, the entire doll item needs to be equippable for either human or for paw bases. You unfortunately can't have one pose be for humans and one pose be for animals, so please choose one or the other. Hope that helps!

Ok, so back on Dec 8th, I asked a question and I was just wondering when this was actually going to happen? o-o We are entering late January now. I really love the idea of Loyal's, but I feel like no effort is being put into it and it makes me kinda sad. sad Are we planning on seeing the update with items and a RIG this month or are we still waiting?

Unfortunately the Loyal's CI was pushed back into February. You'll have plenty of warning though, because it'll be preceded with a gold sink event. However, there's supposed to be a Loyal update this week though so stay tuned!

It depends on the artist! Some artists will even do full on colored sketches before making the item, and then others will go straight to pixels. While we don't plan on releasing the whole process from start to finish -- you know, private company information and all -- many of our artists will post their sketches on their personal art blogs. A lot of changes tend to be made from concept to completion, so many of the sketches may look anywhere from almost identical to completely different than the finished product.

Would it at all be possible to raise the wishlist cap?
I currently have most of my wishlist in my journal, images and links, after having hit the cap, but due to the character limit it's 4 entries long by now and a big hassle to keep up with; I can imagine with how many items come out each day I'm not the only one running into this problem!
Increasing the max wishlist size would make it so much easier to keep up~

Ads are still being shone even if you have spent the Gaia Cash and have it checked and have plenty of time to go. This has been reported in the bug report forum but there has never been any answer from the Gaia admins about this issue.

This would definitely be a glitch. The only ads that should display are for Gaia items, not third-party ads. We'll take a look into checking this out. In the mean time, keep posting in the BRTS and please include screenshots of both your click box confirmation and the ads you're seeing so we can investigate further!

Since Back Alley Bargains' old thing was zOMG! craftable items, and its new thing is Gold Shop CIs... how about combining the two, and giving us a Gold Shop CI of zOMG! crafted item recolors?
For example, I'm sure Fishing fans would find it pretty cool if you recolored the Lionfish Tail to match all the Gemback Lion masks. wink

Yes, chance items will occasionally be rotated in and out of GoFusion. It might just be a matter of being patient and waiting for the one that you want! 4laugh

We still have not received the achievement and without knowing the exact requirements, this makes it difficult to submit a ticket, as we do not know if we should or should not have gotten it. And, no, it’s not fun to explore and find out the requirements after the event, as was suggested in the same ATS. Especially when no one, to our knowledge, has been granted the achievement and so we have no way of comparing snowflake totals in relation to that achievement. Ergo, we can’t figure things out on our own… because it hasn’t shown up yet.
Basically, we would like to know the exact number of snowflakes required and when, if ever, we can expect a fix for this missing achievement.

This is extremely frustrating for us, the artists too! For some reason, despite being coded properly, the items don't show up exclusively in the animated tab as we intend it to be and we can't quite figure out the reason. Rest assured, it's something we're aware of and are looking into a fix as soon as we can isolate the problem.
I'm sorry this isn't the best answer, so I hope this image of a two tiny bunnies in a pair of boots will make it up to you!

You can always make a thread in Site Feedback (many of our artists and admins lurk in SF) and get other Gaians to support your idea! However, the only way to get an item made exactly the way you envision it is to win a Project Ticket. Please do not PM any artists with item ideas.

Can we please see more and/or better moderation in the GCD? Especially considering how much of a resource this forum is becoming - i.e. being used for ask the staff and etc.
Daily about half the topics in the GCD are spam or misplaced, and we're seeing a huge influx of off-site advertising threads as well. The only ones that are ever taken care of are the off-site advertising threads, despite people reporting the spam and misplaced threads repeatedly.

It sounds like GCD could probably stand to have more Forum Assistants rather than moderators, as FAs stand to be more proactive about removing the spam and misplaced threads, whereas moderators would be more focused on removing the actual TOS violations that hit GCD such as off-site advertising. Regardless, we'll see what we can do to get some more support for the forum!

Are you referring to the Tailored Stylist ticket? Or maybe something entirely different?
The Tailored Stylist ticket allowed a user to choose which item to be remade together with a 50-word prompt, and the rest was left up to the artist making the remake. There was no pose count limitation or restriction because the way that the item was remade was not up to the user's discretion.
If you're suggesting a ticket that lets you remake an existing item with three poses exactly the way you want it remade, then that's what you can use a Baby Golden Ticket for!

Well like in towns 1 they had an thing in the middle of the chat where you clicked on it and it went up and never lost it place.
In towns 2 when people talk when I try to scroll up the chat with the up button on the chat log it restarts and it get's annoying.
So would a scroll lock solve your problems?

Ok, I haven't had time to get any buttons made for this, but for now if you type lockscroll in the chat box, the autoscroll will turn off. You can reverse this by typing unlockscroll .
The change will be ready in about 10 minutes.

Ever since the inventory arranger has been updated it restricted users to moving only 100 items in and out of storage at a time which resulted in more dragging and dropping items. I had to resort to using the old arranger to move more than 100 items which can be a hassle. Was this intentional or some sort of bug that popped up?

How long does it take for you to reply to Club Verge Custom SD Doll Emails? I sent mine a week ago and still haven't recieved anything. This isn't a ticket item or anything that gets released to the public, and we only get one copy... I don't really want to wait forever. :c

Right now we're experiencing an unusually high load of Club Verge Custom SD Doll boxes so going through the emails is taking a little longer than usual. We had no idea so many users were going to redeem this box when the tier first launched, so please be patient! It should take roughly 5-7 business days to get to your email at the current volume. Don't worry, they'll all be taken care of. As long as you keep the box in your inventory and you've sent an email, it will be seen.
While I know this isn't much consolation, please enjoy this bunny cuddled between two chicks.

Nope, Snowflake charms will not be unsoulbound. We will be adding something into GoFusion that will cost one Snowflake charm and additional charms so that can expend your excess Snowflake charms that way.

Hello, Could we have a customization color box when posting?
Please bare with me because I need to explain my question. There are over 16 million color possibilities with the text coloring. However we only have 13 spots in the bar. a row of 12, then white on a second row.
Now I would never suggest or ask for all 16 million colors be up there but I know everyone has their own favorite colors, so I was wondering if it would be possible to make the color selection have 11 blank colors that could be altered per person in settings. So instead of constantly having to type out ['color=goldenrod]"message"['/color] they could have a button in color that places ['color=goldenrod]['/color] around "message"
It may not be necessary, and it wouldn't kill us if we didn't have it, but it would be a nice quality of life update for people who don't use the 12 other colors we are all presented with.

There is no way I could spend $500 on Gaia by the end of the month. To advance in the tiers you have to buy items with gc. My question, is there anyway we could get credit for just buyin' the gc, and not havin' to spend it this month.

Will the horizontal stretching of the page for users with 1024x768 screens ever be addressed? I know it came up a lot on the original "feedback" thread for site centering, but it was never addressed, not even to say it's not something that will be addressed.
I have to side-scroll to log out and change gold shops. It's tedious. I can deal with it if I have to but the sense of screaming into a void is what bothers me most.

Likely not, simply because the % of people at that resolution is small... something on the order of about 6% However that may not be a fair comparison as that statistic is general and not Gaia specific. We can run a poll and see how many Gaian's are at that resolution and then go from there.

Currently there are quite a few items which aren't really tagged well. And staff is always busy, so it would be great if we could do it ourself..

a) via someone's equipped list
b) search function in MP/dressup
c) tektek or by threads if the item is new
Problem: We can't always find the item. Or we don't know it exists because search fails.
Current status:
1. Tags on items inconsistent/incomplete
e.g. some have colors, some have just the name, some names' links are broken, some have the features (like scarf, glasses, etc)
2. Tags are tagged in headquarters as the item is released.
Suggested:
Implement a system where Gaians can help to tag the item à la Wikipedia's crowdsourcing.
How?
1) Via Inventory (for those who own the item)
When you click on an item, add 2 additional buttons 'Suggest Tag' and 'Vote Tag'. Suggest Tag would allow you to enter in free form text with tags separated by commas. Duplicated suggestions would count as a vote for that suggestion. Vote Tag would give a list of suggested tags sorted by ranking - you can either Like or Dislike the tag. Once a tag amasses 30 (Likes minus Dislikes), it will automatically be added to the list of tags on the item. If it falls below this number, it will be removed.
2) Via marketplace (for everyone)
Similar to via inventory method, but with a higher threshold for the number of people liking it to prevent mischief.
3) Via tag assistants (appointed by Gaia)
Wherein these people can add tags without going through the voting system.
4) Tag Liaisons (appointed by Gaia)
Where if a tag does not work for some strange reason (just try searching 'Beyond') they are able to escalate technical difficulties to the developers.
I would think that the voting system would work well for items that are older, and tag assistants can keep up with new items.

This is a good idea and is something we had been considering. The problem was of course how to ensure that the tags being input were legit. I think this is totally worth revisiting, especially with how quickly we release items.
