As an added bonus, the backstage promo after! Quote: Cartwright is shown making his way towards the locker room following his insanely awesome TLCart match with Hiro. WWFG backstage interviewer Renee Young catches Cartwright along his way.Renee: "Welcome back to WWFG, Cartwright!"Cartwright looks Renee up and down with a smile. Cartwright: "Why thank you, pretty young lady! Hey, would you like my mobile number?! E-mail?! Facebook name?! Twitter name?! Online blog?! Fax?! I've got a piece of paper right here to write it all on!"Cartwright waves the piece of paper that he won in his match into the air. Renee smiles politely.Renee: "Not now, I'm working!"Cartwright nods and winks as he lowers the paper to his side.Cartwright: "Fair play! What a professional!"
Renee: "Cartwright, you said prior to your match that you decided to come back tonight to celebrate ten years of WWFG! You did it with the biggest way imaginable, by finally winning your own match, TLCart! How do you feel right now?!"Cartwright uses the piece of paper to wipe the sweat off of his forehead.Cartwright: "I'm just so happy Renee! What everyone saw out there tonight was not just me and Hiro wrestling over a piece of paper! What you saw out there was a story of revenge and redemption!"Cartwright grins from ear to ear, wearing his emotions on his sleeve, so to speak.Cartwright: "I'm so glad that The Cameraman decided to crash the party along with his ugly animal friends! It allowed me to FINALLY get revenge on all of them for what they did to me on my last run here in WWFG! They tormented me for YEARS, but tonight, they all got what was coming to them by leaving this arena on stretchers!"Cartwright chuckles as he remembers watching them being taken away.Cartwright: "As for redemption....I FINALLY WON TLCART!!!!"Cartwright jumps into the air in a show of dramatic celebration.Cartwright: "I've been through a lot of wars over the years! I created the TLCart Match maybe six years ago?! I've taken a lot of blows to the head so my memory isn't quite what it used to be! I tried to learn my lessons! I never wanted to bring it back! But the fans demanded it tonight and they got what they wanted! I came back tonight determined to show everyone that I've still got it, that I never lost, but I might have accidentally proved that I'm better than I have ever been by winning TLCart! I'm shocked, I'm ecstatic....I just feel fantastic Renee!"
Renee: "Everyone has been asking me to get your thoughts on the newest King Of The Canvas, Bad Boy!"
Cartwright: "Bad Boy?! Is he like, a naughty child and he's proud of it?! Whatever! Congratulations on winning the prestigious King Of The Canvas, kid! As a former three time King, I understand what a big deal it is to win the tournament because good things have always followed for me! So good luck, King Baby! You've got some big shoes to fill this year! I'll be watching! You're about to get a rocket strapped to your body, figuratively speaking! Let's see if you can make the most of the opportunity like I did! You don't want to spoil this chance, kid!"
Renee: "So what is next for you here in WWFG, Cartwright?!"
Cartwright: "Well, I still have a few things left to achieve here Renee! My story of redemption is not finished just yet! One thing that I have never done here in the WWFG is win the Royal Rumble Match! I would love it, LOVE IT, if I could enter the Royal Rumble one more time and add that to my list of accomplishments! I want to reclaim my WWFG Legacy Championship! What nobody ever heard was, following the my Wrestlemania match with Matt Shanahan, I was going to have a rematch for the title! But that never happened! Why?! Because the Champion was so scared that I was going to win my title back that he hospitalised me backstage before the match, making me unable to compete here in the WWFG for like eight months!"Renee gasps in shock at the news.Renee: "That's quite the bombshell Cartwright! So that's why we hadn't seen you for so long!"Cartwright nods his head, looking serious now.Cartwright: "I never got my rematch, but I'm not afraid of hard work, Renee! The WWFG Legacy Champion, Cyrus Everblaze, had better watch out because Cartwright is on the hunt again! Now as far as Matt Shanahan goes, I see that he's ran away from WWFG since my return! A coincidence?! I think not! But Shanahan, I have just one thing to say to you."Cartwright stares into the camera, angered just by saying the former WWFG Legacy Champions name.Cartwright: "Matt, if we ever meet again, we aren't going to have a wrestling match. We are going to have a fight. A brutal fight. I have been containing my anger and hatred for eight months. The longer it builds-up, the worse it is going to get for you. So go ahead Shanahan, keep hiding from me, keep running away. Because when we do finally meet again, the results are not going to be pretty for you."Renee senses the tension and decides to put a stop to the interview. She backs away off-camera as Cartwright fumes into the lens.
