Team Rocket Headquarters is always expanding and evolving, and we love to see our clientele expand and evolve with us! The Newbie Net is a great way for you to help us grow, and in return, we'll show our gratitude to you by offering a selection of rewards!
How does it work? You invite a friend or acquaintance who doesn't have any Pokémon to TRHQ and ask them to post in the Newbie Net Recruits thread (or simply link to the thread with a banner in your signature). The date that they post becomes their starting point, and over the next six months, they develop a character, collect Pokémon, and roleplay in the guild - basically, they just interact with the shop normally and have fun. Recruiters, like recruits, can claim rewards twice if the conditions have been met. Initial rewards are one free Dark Ball or one free non-legendary, fully-evolving, normal marking, uniquely-colored Pokémon. If your newbie has achieved their six month goals, you're eligible to receive your choice of one free Mega Stone or one free, non-legendary, fully-evolving, uniquely-colored Pokémon.
Impersonating a newbie by using a second account and pressuring a newbie to participate against their will are both expressly disallowed and will result in an immediate ban from the shop.
If your newbie credits multiple people for recruiting them, you'll be asked to decide amongst yourselves which individual gets to redeem their activity for a prize. Only one reward per active newbie, sorry!
When your newbie posts in Newbie Net for the first time, post the following form in this thread:

If you chose a Dark Ball as your prize, you're free to save it or use it immediately by posting in the Cert Changes thread, no need to wait for staff! If you chose a uniquely colored Pokémon, a member of staff will get in touch with you with a WIP of your new Pokémon.

Regardless of which prize you chose, a staff member will either get in touch with you with a WIP of your custom Pokémon, or they'll drop off your new Mega Evolved Pokémon in the shop thread.
