Helpfully, Corazon added, "I am a cupcake!" She was also a princess but had to pick which one she wanted to look like and since she was always a princess, the cupcake won.

Aloiki beamed and gave his best alpaca hum. With his father he'd been around the herd his whole life, forever by a child's count. They hummed when they were content so he copied the sound.

The Great Rini was a magician full of tricks, it seemed. After the candyfest the first few trips to her candy booth were, it was all downhill from there.
"Cuppycakey gets some tricks, and Alpaca gets some tricks, and star demon gets some tricks!" declared Elarinya, proudly, watching as her bowl of mystery caused all of her guests to withdraw at least one trick. Tricks for everyone! Elarinya liked the idea of this. First it was treats for everyone, now it was tricks for the same!
"I hope you like tricks!"
On the fifth trip, she had a stick with her, which she motioned over the bowl like a wand when the fellow kids withdrew candy or, more likely, tricks. Lots of tricks.
"The Great Rini is tricksy you see!"
EvilSilverDragon Congratulations Corazon, you get 10 candies from day four and 6 from day five! Oopsie! Corazon withdrew on trick on day five! Congratulations Aloiki, you get 10 candies from day four and 6 from day five! Oopsie! Aloiki withdrew one trick on day four and one on day five!

The cupcake was not happy with the tricks, she wanted treats! After being reminded way too many times, she reluctantly agreed not to complain. What she got was more than she would have had if they had stayed home. Going back home was an option. Still pouting a little she returned to the Great Rini. "Treats please." With a nudge she added "or tricks" in as low a volume as she could and still get away with it. Nothing to see here, folks this was not a forget to roll, nothing to see ninja

Aloiki was the exact opposite. squealing and giggling, he embraced the tricks and the treats. This was treasure or treat! "Happy Alpaca humm!" He informed the Great Rini as he reached for more. This was probably one of the best events ever! "Thank you Great Rini, you are the best!" Sure there were others that gave out more candy, but he loved the treasures!
