Training: 2 stages

Stage II: Chakra Control DC 20 Now practice fielding your chakra towards your muscles to enhance their power. If done right, you should be capable of great feats of strength with minimal side effects.
Special: When rolling damage or athletics checks, add chk mod to the dice roll. This techinque may only be maintained for a number of post (not actions) Equal to your WIS mosifier.
