So say I wish to speak with someone about my release to ensure it is possible before posting it, who would I speak with about this? I would like to do it over pm or perhaps skype either or would suffice but I'd like to find what is and isn't acceptable before wasting someones time. sweatdrop

I wanted to ask, since the change of the techniques and such, if I happen to change to the correct format, do I have to request someone to 're-review the profile I changed?
I'm pretty much ready to change the techniques on my Squad Two Captain, but I wanted to be sure before I started.
Also, if someone could point out how do I decide Tiers for my character, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Lastly, what exactly are the rules for the Sereitei Sewers, if any? The initial post flew over my head, and I kinda wanna post there. Thanks.

If you didn't make any changes and just copy/pasted the info from old profile to new profile then there is no need for it to be re-reviewed. If you decide to adapt the combat infos and include the new systems, it will need to be re-reviewed since...well...close to nothing remains. as for how to decide what Tiers your character would have unlocked, it will be based on your common sense as well as the re-reviewer's judgement. If your character is already a master of Kido, High-speed movement and bukijutsu, chances are the reviewer won't allow your character to have unlocked up to tier 4 and be a master Taijutsu user as well and may even ask you to nerf other aspects of your character. As for how the Sereitei Sewers work, I'm gonna need you to be a bit more specific about what aspects of it you don't understand. It essentially boils down to: -Generate a random number (using Gaia's built-in random number generator) with every Shinigami post you make there. -The number generation settings need to be between 1 to 6. -Depending on the state of release of your zanpakuto/spirit weapon or whether or not the area is your character's home turf (yes in this case since Seireitei belong to Shinigamis) , the upper limit (of 6) may change. Other factors also exist. -Resulting number=damage dealt to NPC Hollows The goal of the Shinigami would be to reduced the NPC Hollow "HP" to 0. You may want to grab a few friends though because...well, the deadline to that event is right around the corner.

I am thinking about adapting my character, so, thanks for that information. I'll just have to decide what's important to my character in a battle, and change the profile based upon that.
I was only confused about the number-generating part, and since you laid it out as so, I think I understand now.
So, essentially, since I'm showing up, I have to roll the dice with my post, damaging hollows in the process, from numbers 1-6. If that's the case, then, I got ya, loud and clear.
