The beast turns, roaring as it skids to face the rabbit. It charges forth with unmatched ferocity. But right when it was expected to hit, the behemoth caught a knife right in the middle of it's brow. An orange knife... There was only one person around to carry such things. And the voice behind her made it perfectly clear...

"You've wasted too much energy to face a creature that big." Zola sighs, walking up beside the lapine. Just as dour as ever, he holds a hand out. "Shouldn't we leave here if you're this fatigued?"

"Huh. Sounds pretty rough." Zola sighs, before taking her hand in a firm grip. He pulls her close, into a consoling hug as he knelt down for her to return it. "Don't worry. You can relax, now that I've found you."

Indeed, Zola had come here in search of Saku.There had been word of a sudden disappearance, and having at least known Saku, he wouldn't allow her to be lost and alone and, apparently, exhausted beyond measure. This place supposedly did something to the mind of any who dared enter. He wasn't feeling anything yet...

"Would you like to come to the bakery? We have a living space in the second story."

"Lucky for us, I can still fly..." With that said,Zola spreads his parrot-colored wings. They begin the lift off of the ground with each flap while the man behind them held tighter to the lapine he was rescuing.

Suddenly, Zola felt a chill, though he only breathed in sharply. Something... Something was gone... Memories were gone, replaced with new ones... What? But it didn't matter. He was taking Saku home...

Haseo steeped out of the forests edge seeing the crumbling runes of an old city clouded through a dense fog and sighed. "Just grand, my swords in there... too bad it's not a prize for taking on the emperor of an arena." he muttered to himself as as he started to walk he saw a few large birds slip into his view from the fog, then right back out almost as fast as they came. "Alright, it might be a revamp of the forest of pain." he thought aloud.

After a moment he found himself a little ways into the city the fog was too dense to see much of anything beyond the reach of his hand. Haseo extended his arm out and took on a red glow as he started to cast. "Zan Rom!" the glow left him and spiral of wind temperately distorted the fog leaving a cone of space that could be seen through clearly but just as fast as it shown up it was enveloped in fog again. he scowled into the distance hoping that he could see something, other then the side of a crumbled building or the rocks at his feet, well he got what he was after, a giant lizered was crawling not too far away, but it wasn't what he was looking for so he tried to change direction to avoid a fight that he couldn't see.

Haseo sighed the remains of the city were nearly endless, his sight clouded by a dense fog and the threat of the monsters were high, and near inpossable to see where they were till it was too late. Though another sound struck his ears, not just one song... but two, not sure what to expect when he got near a source of ether one he kept his twin blades out following after the one that was closer but along the way he ran into a rampant bomb, not sure of how it fought Haseo was quick to lift a hand "Rue Kruz!" he called out and a pillar of water fell from the sky above the bomb extinguishing it's light. he looked around for a moment and could still hear two songs, one echoing through his mind, the other was close.
