Bubble smiles at Spark's enthusiasm, his own tail wagging in response. "I'll try to talk to him after we leave here then, Spark." He frowns as Quick mentions just how severely bad things could go. "I... I'll watch him if Wily lets him out... And... well... if Spark does anything wrong.... I'll take responsibility..." He says, determination in his face. He'd already put his 'life' on the line for Spark once, after all, with trying to drag the other out and away from the building before it exploded. Why not do so again? He never really thought any of the others would truly miss him if something happened, after all. Apart from the parties and the fighting, he never really hung around with anyone else, generally sticking to either his own floor, wandering the tower, or out in the water. And it wasn't like anyone depended on him, after all. Splash did a much better job of trying to keep order and watch over everyone than Bubble usually did.

Spark shuddered and hissed at the mention of a full restart. No... no no no. This was not a thing he wanted, not even in this altered state. Just. No. "I will behave the best that I can behave, that is the only thing I can promise."

Quick looked at the two and smiled, "I hope you'll let me hang out with Spark Plug too...your not the only one who misses him." the orange bot kept his carefree smile.

Bubble blinks at Quick and gives a small shrug. "If Wily goes along with the idea, it's not like I would own Spark or anything, Quick. If Spark wants to visit with you if he's let out, that's up to him." If it all was allowed and Spark did want to visit with the others, Bubble would most likely step away so they could visit, but still be in sight, at least, just to keep an eye on things and make sure nothing bad happened.

"I'll visit with anyone, really, whatever. I just want out"Out would allow...freedom! And he could get a much closer look at that fish. Maybe even..feed the fish? Touch the fish? Anything. -Anyting- was better than being in this cell, broken and alone. Sure the doctor would finish fixing him up...eventually. But right now he just wanted out. Wily....would likely go for the plan, so long as the two took ownership over any resulting -chaos- that could happen for letting out a dangerous unstable Robot Master.

Quick nodded, "We'll both look out for dear Spark Plug." he smiled, with more on his mind than he was letting on. Quick only put in because he didn't want Spark to hurt Bubble. Bubble was Water based for crying out loud! Quick was also Electric so Spark couldn't really hurt him. Even if Spark had no power at the moment the risk was too great for Quick to take with Bubble. Bubble was his friend...

Bubble nods, thinking for a bit. "I'll be right back then. I'm going to go and see if Wily will allow it with some sort of safety net in place." He hops out of the room and heads up to Wily's lab. Some time later, Bubble comes back down, with what looked like an ankle bracelet of sorts and a key. "He'll allow it, for now. You have to wear this though until he's able to help bring the old you back. And you can either stay in my room with me, or we can help you set up a room all of your own, if you want. Wherever you decide you want to stay, I'll make sure Sykes is there too so I can teach you how to care for him." He motions to the fish, which was swimming around in the tank happily.
