Do you believe that all people deserve equal treatment (egalitarianism) or that the way people are treated should be based on their actions and accomplishments (meritocracy)? Why do you think this?

I think the actions part is the important part of the qualifier there. But it also depends on what's meant by actions. When I say that, I think a person should be treated nicely for doing nice things, and looked upon with doubt for bad actions. Not everyone who does bad things are inherently bad, but I think nice things should always be commended. (Even when it's kind of selfish reasons, they're still doing a good thing either way)
