With the Metal Mara unarmed, without arms, entangled in the sand, and otherwise looking as though it was ready for Karayan to end the battle. It would be a good thing, he wanted to take a bit of a break now that he could feel his headache incoming, "Alright, Ember, I am going to end it! Get ready to pick out a piece of armor that you want!" He called out to the little fairy dragon before he reached out with the hand that still wore a sand gauntlet, catching hold of the creature's head, and popped it off in one quick, jerking motion. The moment the head was removed the soul was retreating and despite a quite attempt on his part to try grab hold of it the blue glowing ball was able to get away from him. Not like he really thought he'd be able to catch it but it was worth a try... though what he'd of done with it had he caught it he had no idea.
He looked down at the head he was holding in his hand before he flipped it over, looking inside, but found nothing, "That is a lot better then finding a head in there." He said, giving a bit of a chuckle, then winced, "Ow, alright, no laughing... laughing makes the headache worse." He muttered to himself before he walked over to scoop up the other 'head' before returning to where Ember, his pack, and the rest of the Mara heads were located. He tossed the two down into the pile before he sat down.
Making a motion with his hand he lowered the sand pillar down so that he could dig into it, getting out his water skin, drinking from that while Ember raced off to inspect the remaining armor, "Don't go far, we don't know if there are anymore of them out there!" He called to Ember before he took another sip of water. He would need to refill it soon, meaning finding an oasis. He'd do that soon, after his head stopped aching a bit. Making a motion of his hand he pulled up some sand, turning it into a canopy to keep the sun off of himself. He'd relax a while, enjoy the victory, and let Ember have her fun. Once he was feeling better they would be on their way for now. For the moment though, he was actually happy and content, "Hm, where are Yrre or Madryn when I need them?" How he'd love to tell them about what he'd done!
