The Spirit Forge of the Sword Sage (Inigo) Shimazu is Smithy located in the Inaba Downtown District in the building where Daidara the Blacksmith used to make his 'works of art' in the past. However, after reaching an old age and making a fortune from young warriors seeking to do justice in the town against the supernatural...Daidara's spirit for the forge has begun to fade. Retiring to the beaches of Okinawa with naught but a hammer, anvil and an old fundoshi...and a cool four-billion yen in his account...he has entrusted his shop to a new pair of smiths who will carry on his legacy and bolster the ranks of goodness in Inaba for many years (hopefully) to come!
The inheritors of the Flame are the descendants of the Shimazu Clan, renowned swordsmiths in their own right...their names are Inigo Shimazu, the eponymous 'Sword Sage', and Mimel, his future Master.

What the Shimazu Clan craft are Demonic Items, Sword Sage Blades, Steel Sage Armor, and Spirit Sage Accessories infused with the power of a devil subdued, sealed within the weapon. This devil enchants the weapon and makes it strong, giving it two levels of abilities that the holder can access over time. These abilities vary wildly, but their power levels are similar. For 200,000 gold, warriors from all over the area can purchase ONE of these items for their own...to protect themselves against the growing dark.
