Uniform? Maybe. Perhaps something a little more subtle. An item, used in a specific way.

Maybe more general. Just pick nice color themes.

Earth tones, maybe?

I think the 2k9 Casimir and spirited items would be a good start for uniforms.

Like this for female avis

and this for males

They would be just a starting point and you could use the items in any combination or with other items.

I agree this is a really great start.
