Tsuna Miki
The guard shouted some elvenish slur in the wolf's ears, but she didn't understand a word of their language.Judging by his defensive mannerisms it must have been a warning to back down, yet King Sol allowed her to proceed. None of the company around them stirred until Tsuna surrendered honorably. Her team was shocked by her passive actions which motivated the King to speak out precociously. He claimed that Aurelius was far to feeble for the power of the Vardents; devouring him internally. The loyalty and irrefutable trust of his people gave him power to defeat the Lich. They would not be easily dissuaded like her being ignorant as any outsider would be. Sol accidentally slipped the location of their enemy in his ramble of the Vardents, but it wasn't enough to track the Lich down. Pausing abruptly, he started on a new topic complimenting the team on their bravery when they should be cowering in fear from the Lich's presences. Flicking his wrist back, the cream wall behind him lit up with arcane magic sparking and carving an invisible doorway.
The door was absorbed by an orange swirl vortex before vanishing completely in a white hot light revealing the monolithic interior of a secret room. Inside cathedral walls raised up to an arched ceiling, stained glass windows stretched far down, and a stone floor supports the structure. The hall was filled with rows of Sun Elves wearing the same dried blood and golden armor like the guard next to the King. Small sunstones filtered through out the room but the one that stood out was the massive Sunstone floating in the middle of the courtyard seen through the circular white glass window. The energy of the Sunstone was supplied through a cylindrical tunnel and Tsuna could only image how this equaled to breathing through a straw while submerged in water. The fleet moaned in pain and clanged their weapons waiting for the time of war. Above them all was what Tsuna's widened eyes forced on. A barbaric image of a chained up Vardent crystal with Vardents and cultist attached to it as the beams from the purified Sunstone tortured them. Her stomach twisted when the terrifying image was quickly concealed in an instant.
Proudly, King Sol stepped forward and kicked up Tsuna's axe into his own hands giving it back to her willfully. She took it slowly, confused by his forgiveness of her aggressive nature. His point was made clear and Team Sun had provided him with a glimmer of hope where there is none concerning the Magic Folk population born from Occulanium. If his people fail, they could become his successors but his faith wanes with them. For now, their time in Sunspire is over and their mission is complete. He even personally said a farewell to Tsuna which made her feel something she couldn't describe. The floor beneath them shifted and white hot runes etched into the ground activating a portal magic as King Sol voiced their destination back to Evermoon. Before Tsuna was encased in like she mouthed to King Sol, "Write to me". She wanted to keep updated with the King and his unorthodox plan to better understand him. Perhaps she can one day become an asset to his army to destroy is Lich without the King resorting to self-infliction from the Vardent's power. Once they were back in Evermoon, and the last of Sunspire disappeared Tsuna just stared ahead afraid to face her team. She had acted on her own accord again without their consent and she was positive that she had now obliterated their trust in her. She gripped his axe tight and shut her eyes waiting for one of them to confront her angrily.
