does your freind deserve to go?
if not you might want to consider if smart parts is worth your freindship.
if so then just tell him you dont want him on the team. give the resons. he cant arguee with facts. just dont be an a** about it and you might even be able to stay freinds. if you want to that is.

thats a tough one man.
i think i would though.
give him the facts. if he isnt as good as the other players cut him. he knows you always cut the bad players before the good ones.

tell him straight up that smart parts won't sponors u guys unless he's dropped adn tell him u don't want to drop him nad tell him that he needs to get better

tell smartparts u dropped him, but just have him come to every game with you as a walkon and hook-up with him

well it depends on how good the sponsorship is, or if they're just assisting you with your gear... what i would say is tell him that you want the best team on the feild, and that means that he's not gonna play, but then take the initiative to make sure he's coming to your practices and working on stuff that way he can get better and maybe earn his spot back... not only that but i would say leave him on the team to work on your pit crew ie cleaning masks, filling pods, etc.
as a side note i seriously doubt that smartparts isnt going to sponsor you if you dont cut him... not saying that ur talkin BS, but honestly, if you were gettin a real sponsorship, they wouldnt tell you that he's the one reason they wont sponsor you... and i've been on numerous sponsored teams, and am being 'assisted' with gear by DYE right now....d

No sponsorship is worth losing a friendship to, especially SP. Tell Sp if they are gona drop a team due to one person they need to get over themselfs. Plus even if you had a full contract with them they cant take away your gear can they? They can just stop supplying you in which case just keep playing and pick up a few small sponsorships. Then talk to some other company.

whats more important your sponsorship or friendship? if he is the worst player on the team try to do more practices where he will benefit
