The City is a densely populated and industrious area.

Towards the middle, where the Tower is located, The City is bright and bustling with life. Here citizens operate little shops, often with the help of robotic assistants to make life easier. Everyone is provided for and life is great...so long as you don't speak out against Wily and his supporters.

The further one gets from the Tower, the darker The City gets. Out here it's every Audio for themselves, and the robots that provide such great help to the other citizens bring nothing but fear and death to those living here. Live in fear citizens, at any moment it could be decided your corner of The City is no longer...needed.

The New Tower: At the heart of the city there is a building that looks down over all there is~ Wily's Tower, the central hub and tallest building in The City. It serves several purposes. The lower levels are often open to the public, in particular for when Wily wishes to host one of his parties. The upper levels are home to Wily himself, as well as his loyal Robot Masters.

The Mines: Outside of The City, and once a source of work for many of it's citizens. Unfortunately the work was extremely dangerous, claiming many lives. These days, ordinary citizens aren't allowed anywhere near the mines. All work here is performed by specialized robots.

Flashover's Base: Located in an abandoned hotel on the outskirts of town. It's location is only known to those who have aligned with (or been rescued by) Flashover. It needs a lot of work...but there's plenty of room for those who wish to be there.
