We'll need something to keep this guild alive. I've seen good, hefty guilds die quickly because of inactivity. I am one of those few people who barely posts in guilds because I don't see anything I can provide when it's all been provided for. Yes, this includes RP.

We'll need something to keep this guild alive. I've seen good, hefty guilds die quickly because of inactivity. I am one of those few people who barely posts in guilds because I don't see anything I can provide when it's all been provided for. Yes, this includes RP.

I can see lighthearted RPs have their own forum that focus around the cafe

I agree with the above. It will help keep things organized.

Also... I posted this in the Rp Subforum. But I will repost it here. My idea on the RP idea in general.

I think, this is a guild all RP's made within it, should be related. And follow the same rules. For less confusion and so people cant be like but this RP has this rule! Etc. Etc. Since this is a cafe. There can be several threads in this Sub-Forum, that make out the layout of the building.

~Lounge
~Kitchen
~Bar
~Restroom
~Front Patio
Etc.
It helps build a setting as well.

I also think that either the Main Forum should be reserved for the Rp. Or a Subforum. There are ways to keep threads in a certain order. If you want it in Alphabetical. Just make sure you do them in order, and have them all sticky. And the more important ones, be an announcement. Little things like this, can help out the guild tremendously. It also helps things stay in order and organized.

Well there already is an RP sub-forum.. specifically for RPing in.. ninja
Are you saying RP shouldn't just so happen to transpire anywhere else in the guild..? o.0;

If so: I feel like that's a bit limiting for those (of us >__>; *cough*) who like to just be able to swing in & out of RP mode..
And potentially off-putting to newbie RPers.. Making the lines so defined, and all.. question

Also I think leaving the main forum as a sort of free-for-all chit-chat kind of place helps keep the blood-pumping, so to speak; keeps it lively.
It's a place we can all relax, and lounge, and share with each other. <3
Cordoning all that off into a sub-forum of its own sounds like it'd only be detrimental to the guild's activity.. Imo.
[Not that you were specifically suggesting it; but I imagine that'd be the result of making the main forum specifically into the RP forum.]

Not everyone who attended the original thread, (that this guild is based on,) was much of an RPer..
So if the lounge (the heart?) were restricted to being specifically RP, I think it'd be a loss. :<

Yes but there is also rp on the main page... and else where. That's all I'm saying. It's cluttered, and makes it hard to find things. Instead of rping in the lounge on the front page. Make it several threads in the sub forum that build a setting
