What is the communities verdict on using a theme that has already been used by WWE/TNA/ROH, etc.

I'd say it's a bit of a bad show, especially if it was used recently or with very popular wrestlers. Half of the fun (for me, anyways) is trying to find a song that hearkens to my character's background, gimmick, or current state. If it is an obscure piece or sort of a one-off theme because it was replaced the next night, you can probably get away with it without receiving too much flak.

Who cares, as long as it's not something like the way over done Cult of Personality or some s**t like that.
And someone that's apart of the community isn't using it, fair game.

I don't see any problem with that, as long as it's not used by someone else here, as Chrono said.
There are those overused songs though. like Cult of Personality and anything Metallica (I've seen at least 7 theme songs picked in their discography), and maybe the generic songs from the older wrestling games like Breaking Benjamin and Drowning Pool. But otherwise, anything is fair game.

If it fits, don't worry about it, so long as it doesn't overlap with someone else's theme.

If it's not currently in use, or was only used once or twice, I really don't think it matters.
That being said, a song that's not being used currently, but is still iconic (i.e. matt hardy's theme, scsa's theme, etc.) probably should be off limits.
That song is okay. Go ahead is my opinion.

I used This Fire Burns before, and well like has been said before. If it's not being used by the person anymore or by a fellow RPer just use it who cares man, this is all for fun if you like it than use it.
