He's a quiet,and timid boy who is very obedient, for the most part, a perfect second hand. But with this comes ,the inner dragon, as he calls it. He is known for his Bi polarity and is feared for it. They call the side of him which commands his battles, the God's bane, for his demon like demeanor and lack of cares when it comes to safety. He is a fighter till the end. And will stay that way until he finds his way back to timidness. Thus creating a monster in itself
Though his normal persona seems like the lays back and take crap type, he is ticked into the other, darker self through several conditions in which empower his unbridled rage:
Physical stress: Once his body gets to a stopping point, he is triggered into the state which pushes boundaries.
Emotional breakdowns/Panic attacks: If too many ideas are passed around and the tensions are high, Arcanus will show signs of unrest, and hyperventilate, and if hes not treated with something to ventilate into , he will burst out in rage.
The little things: If a small disturbance that does not seem like an issue happens such as tapping , whistling, chewing disorders, or poking, a small fit will burst out after a while of the behavior
For a friend: Once a comrade is put into a difficult spot, his other side will stick up for them, sometimes making more trouble for himself than anyone else.

Time Frame? 1000 Years ago

A young lad, at the age of 8, was assigned by his great father to come to the throne and protect the crown prince of a land. His intentions great, and his abilities greater, he trained and became the great warrior that created a safe guard for the prince. Each day, he was stronger, gaining a friend and power within a land of righteousness. By the time he was 12, and the Prince was 9, he had earned one of the highest ranks in the castles guard and had become loved as his father was also. Upon the dawn of his 13th year, he was sent out of the kingdom for his first Journey, to find the Bone Bane blade. His journey was a succss after a year of searching with his crew of 30 men. Though many losses, including 21 men were had, the young man was greeted with open arms and presented with the weapon he had fought so hard for.
But, on the journey to the Wayward monster, There was a great Hollow he had to face. With few men and less resources, he battle the demon, who held a fight for 6 days straight. With the outcome on the 7th day being victory. As he was going to leave, the put a mark on his side, and leaving, his body felt the pain surge.
Upon his return home, he was greeted with open arms and given the greatest honor by the prince he fought so hard to protect. And with this a festival started, and people from all around came to greet him and tell him. Of his great deeds.
After a few hours, the prince wanted to speak with him alone in his chambers. And with pride he walked with him. But before even reaching it, the hollow appeared once more. It ripped the prince in half. The commotion brought guards after the spirit left. Arcanus was on his knees in shock as the eents happened so quickly. He couldn't even see the beast, but there was no way to prove his innocence.
The next morning, he was executed, for treason and murder of the Royal family. His last words were .... ' Were you proud? '

As the eons seemed to go in the realm of the dead. His mind had gone, and his eyes had a crimson tint. It was like another man completely. He was with his prince none the less, just killing. His drive was vengeance. He went out daily and searched for Hollow to slaughter, with his disorder blaring. His slaughter was proven brutal as he continuously as he went out, having casualties in the wake of each time. His prince held no content for what he was becoming as he battled and killed. He wanted another Arcanus in a whole. The old one.
But as he left one day, to fight another Hollow , to take out more pent up rage, a man came to him. A man of great stature.

Zanpakutō Activation Statement | Storm
Zanpakutō Blade Changes | An off blade (Image) with a cutlass handle that has a small openning where it should connect, and a single edged blade, with teeth near the hand and a sharp blade up the rest of the sword
Shikai Abilities
Ability One
A great power summoned which is only put out with the great power of his blade. A bolt of lightning, crimson in color. with the destructive power to be a strong projectile, or an extension of the sword in which can be swung twice per use. It is able to stretch across the land for around 100 feet with it's bolt attached, but goes into an almost 2 miles until stopped
Ability Two
Using the blade's power, is able to imbue his body with lightning, powering his physical being,and increasing his strength, and speed (Not Hoho techniques), while harming his body with great burns. Along with this, his blade can slash through most material that normal could not be ,or difficult to cut through (Not other Zanpakto) due to the bolt of lightning he he becomes. This can be used up to 5 minutes (5 posts) And he must wait another 5 to use it again .
Ability Three
Creates a ball of crimson lightning that is used as a projectile. It absorbs magnetic energy from all objects around it, and in storms, takes the lightning from the sky to empower it. And after it's launched can travel a distance of 100 meters at an incredible speed, ripping through most of the earth before hitting the opponent .

Shinigami Abilities
Zanjutsu | Master, a single handed stance is his aggressive type while a two handed is his timidness talking. The movements. and such a way while aggressive is wild, free and very non reserved, while his timid persona takes a defensive lead on his style.
While aggressive, he uses his body as well as his elements as a weapon. While this may seem dangerous, the seasoned warrior is put into a readied brace for all attacks to come, and beckons the pain. Though not wreckless enough not to try to defend, minor hits on his body while rushing won't detour him from his goal of finishing his opponent.
While Timid, his stance is a more , come at me if you want to, stance. Taking in his opponent's steps while whilstly defending himself, and measuring speed and power. Though measurements maybe off, his offense will know what to expect while fight. Though, he will still do a lot more defending.
Hakuda | Expert, a very swift full body style in both forms that requires movement and swift strikes. Using a strong offense as a solid defense.

Durability | As durable as a strong warrior, though his body is small, he was molded for combat.

SHIKAI
Ability One: An ability charged with reishi can only travel so far before the energy within the attack itself is used up, essentially falling apart; please put a cap on how far this attack can travel. Also, please elaborate on what you mean by "A great power summoned from within the body".
Ability Two: I understand how applying the lightning to yourself can increase your attack power, but the only restriction i'm putting on the speed is that it doesn't increase the speed of your Hoho techniques, only normal movement due to the increased strength of the lightning. Please put a cool-down on this ability.
Ability Three: This ability is also going to need a cool-down, description on how long it takes the storm to charge and how large the storm can grow to.

You mention his style in the zanjutsu section, please elaborate on your style.
As a lieutenant, maybe apply expert to your hakuda instead of master, seeing as not all of your abilities can be high-ranking.
