Beyond Walls is a roleplaying shop based on the series Attack on Titan. You must first earn a character before you can RP, and once you have a character, you will receive art of them as they evolve throughout the story. This is a common characteristic of Gaia's subforum Breedable/Changing Pets.

We are using an alternate universe to the series - this means the premise is the same with titans and the world, however you won't see any characters from the series show up in our RP. So no Eren, Mikasa, etc. We are our own main characters.

█ ▌Getting Started

1 ▌Visit the main thread, and read the front page for information on how to obtain a character.

2 ▌Read the encyclopedia to learn about the world.

3 ▌Notably, the RP how-to in the encyclopedia will point you in the direction of character creation.

4 ▌Make your character quest thread and get it approved.
If all the reading is intimidating, start with the quest thread and fill out a form for your character. That may help you get your toes wet! After you've read more, go back and edit your character to make sure they fit in the world.

5 ▌Participate in events (see main thread) to win a character, or check out the civilian market.

█ ▌I won a character.. now what?

There's lots you can do! After your character has been approved -

1 ▌Make a journal.

2 ▌Join your first RP, plot with friends, and explore the city.

3 ▌Join a dorm.

4 ▌Attend mandatory classes and elective classes.

5 ▌Take on a side job.
