Hoshigaki Hiru That's actually an interesting idea! It could be worded as: *User may pay 5 cp when performing an action or casting a jutsu to reduce the dice rolls required to use it by 1. *This ability can be repeated [Chakra Control / 10] times per individual attack or jutsu (for additionnal 5 cp per dice roll deducted, required number of dice rolls cannot go lower than 1). *For every additional dice roll deducted from the first, add 200% chakra cost from the previous deducted roll (5 cp for first, 15 cp for second, 45 cp for third, etc.). So to reduce a 5 dice roll to one it would be 5 + 15 + 45 + 135? Or would it be 135?

Seeing as ninjutsu on average deals a lot more than attacks at that level (I think? I'm not familiar with super high level damage dealing jutsu.)
But at the same time ninjutsu should have a bit of edge imo
A barbarian at low levels is in general a lot more powerful then a wizard in D&D. A sword will always cut and deal damage, and the stronger you are the more it hurts. Magic on the other hand (Ninjutsu if you will.) takes years and years to master. At first you can't actually hurt with it. Light and distractions and really weak stuff. But keep with it and Magic overtakes brute force FOR A SHORT WHILE****. This is a HUGE point. Wizards can usually cast 1 super high level spell a day, one so powerful it kills a dragon in one hit. But after that one cast they are kinda done. While that barbarian can swing away. So in that vain high level ninjutsu should deal more damage than high level attacks, because over an extended fight, the warrior should in theory have a much higher damage potential.
****In DnD you can cast like what 1 level 10 spell 2 level 9 spells 4 level 8 ect ect ect.
If that makes sense... Idk.

Okay so lets do it so the costs add up from one deduction to the next! Don't think we'll need to revote on the rebalance otherwise it'll take another month!

Sounds good to me. This is axtually more than I was going to propose for the cost. My idea was: 1 lvl = 5cp 2 lvl = 15 cp (1*5)+(2*5) 3 lvl = 30 cp (1*5)+(2*5)+(3*5) 4 lvl = 50 cp 5 lvl = 80 cp
But I think that we sould start on the high end and work down until we get the balance.
