Bio (Up to five sentences minimum):

Without knowing anything about her parent's past. Zoey grew up traveling from branch to branch of DWMA's various facilities around the world. Not interested in DWMA's teachings, she usually wandered around and skipped classes. She was pretty good at making alibis for her disappearances. Usually to wander around the cities she was in care. The Bank's trio were a mess, but it was mostly because of the middle daughter who was the one who set the mood on fire, acting as a catalyst for the other two.
Noticing this she was to be removed from their side and sent to another faculty but then out of nowhere. The girl disappeared right in front of their eyes, now she had disappeared before. Waiting for an opening do dash her way out with her hideouts but this time was different. She had literally erased herself in plain sight. The security department searched for her everywhere until she was found in the roof top. After that she was taken for examination but disappeared again. This time was two halls away from the infirmary. As the team examined the strange radiation she expelled from herself they concluded it was an act of madness, the middle daughter was a witch just like her mother.
However, being inexperienced in the matter of magic. The branch sent the problematic child to death vegas where they knew about the DMA in hopes they could lead this stray child within a better path than those of their parents.

It was there when she by unknown reasons discovered the ability to transform herself into a jewel. An Azure pendant with promising potential. Making the bearer able to control the same elements she possesses. being Water her primordial Element it is known so far that the bearer may have control over water.

While in this form. She transforms into a magical artifact with the form of a pendant. The bearer holds control of her powers.
Since she pairs up with a meister (for instance)
they have no idea of how to use magic. So no magic powers for them.
However, since they can handle weapons. Zoey would materialize them using that element.
A water whip. Ice blades. You name it.
Zoey's only function is to provide the meister with the weapon he/she needs. and makes them durable. (Make sure the ice doesn't melt, break. That the water whip remains a whip.)

Personality: Loudmouth, thick headed and reckless, this girl has no bound to tie her into any sort of discipline. It its required to handle with care. Within social life however, she enjoys chatting with other people like any normal person, however she tends to be a little bit narcissist. Sharing only the stage or credit with her siblings. She always thinks she's almighty only because she was able to pull out a few rift jumps by luck.
