Below is a roleplay idea I've been craving. I'm mainly just looking for a oneXone but I could be down for a group roleplay. Just as a note, though, I've never been involved in a group rp so I don't really know how they work. Anyway, it's not so much a plot but a setting. I would love to brainstorm with someone if you're interested.

The world has broken out into a war. Countries have been destroyed. Cities have been demolished. A sense of doom looms over humantity as this war seems to promise the end of the world. This is WWIII. This is the end. So let's have fun while it all last! In America, anarchy has broken out. The youth of the nation has become dangerously intent on having fun in whatever way they can. They start fires, blow things up, and kill whoever gets in the way. Parties rage from dawn to dusk and it never seems to end. Morals have been thrown out the window. All anyone cares about is how they can have fun next. But when there is no longer any limits and no law to stop them, when will their fun be too much.
