"What a night! You guys have been incredible, start-to-finish! I want to thank everyone to came, and everyone who participated in the night's events! Now, without any further wait...I'd like to introduce the winners of tonight's party contests!" the emcee of the event stepped forward onto the stage with the time in the night winding down...enough of a window for a little more mingling, dancing, and singing, but late enough that the contests needed to be at their end. He smiled as he looked out at everyone having fun together, reminding him of times before the town had gone completely insane...times that he had desperately wanted to bring back for all of those he loved...and the town of Inaba as a whole. Nights like these needed to happen more often...he missed them. "And the winners of the contests are as follows...!"

Whether or not these boxers once belonged to the party's charming emcee, Soji Seta, is a secret only he can tell...but to possess and/or wear said boxers will instill in the bearer a supreme confidence. And nothing is said to change luck faster than absolute confidence. Increase the odds of any luck-based skill very-very slightly (1/8 becomes 1/7 in your favor, for instance, in the RNG).
