I thought you said that's what you wanted to do so my mind has been only thinking about that one lately...with the occasional Burning Lust popping in unwelcome as it lowers my mood. emo
One of my recent ideas as to how to start it of is: Now I'm not sure how much of what happened of the old timeline we should keep, but this idea involves part of it. Daphne, Cian, Veni, and Rosemary basically have the same or similar relationships to each other. "It's the End of the World As We Know It" RP still happened, but the outcome and what happened during it don't necessarily need to be the same. (Actually the biggest change of outcome to that would be deciding if Dragonmums' part of having some strange willed force turned Rosemary into an angel or not, but I don't think deciding that is necessary for this).
If you recall it Veni isn't sure if Nafretiri is alive or dead as he didn't feel her die nor does he sense her presence after this event. Ma and the kids who was at home at the time had separated from her so they aren't entirely sure either. So Veni was basically keeping house until she came back...that is until Jacob became his master which sadly doesn't happen in this one.... anyways... so who knows what happens since then... maybe most of One Who Made me without certain GL characters, but that's not important.
What's important is that Cian and Daphne are here and are married and are hanging out with my characters still. Veni is trying to or has established a friend like relationship with Cian. Rosemary and Daphne have had their strange friend relationship for a while since Daphne had ended up staying at her house for a few years and BlackMN seemed to like her...
So basically how this starts off is that Nafretiri is back suddenly and would like to meet the strangers in her territory. So let's say Cian and Daphne go and see her. Nafretiri greets them and asks a few questions. Cian either tells her who made him or she figures it out and reacts to it. I don't mean violently necessarily, but probably an emotional response. Nafretiri starts to think of the child like vampire and our story begins as her mind flashes back to (honestly my vision is of this happening at least 100BC... or at least before Veni became a vampire) the past and thus our story begins. The setting doesn't even have to start in Egypt where Nafretiri would likely be, it could start off with Cian's mistress. This doesn't have to be portrayed as if it's her point of view, this I think just allows for easier starting off wherever we want to.

Huh. I like that.
I was a bit like... "Eh...I don't want to post as Daph and Cian again..." But then...I realized that's not what you meant.
It's like a flashback. I wouldn't be posting from Nafretiri's point of view but..ASHFLk I'm excited. xD This character has been bouncing around in my head for awhile. xD She's still alive. She's taken up knitting actually. xD But she was...darker at the time. Everyone was, in the world I'm thinking of actually. I'm thinking we can set the scene like "A war started. Nobody knew what started the war but it was a bloody one." Or something like that. You know? That way we don't really have to go into what happened.
Could we make it somewhere in Eastern Europe?

Honestly I don't care where it is set really... Nafretiri would need a reason to leave or have left Egypt though.
