I generally enjoy any covers by the Protomen. They made an entire live album of Queen songs, and it is just great. Their cover of Roy Orbitson's "I Drove All Night" in particular is amazing.

Jimi Hendrix's cover of "All Along the Watchtower" is probably one of the best covers ever, making the song listenable since Bob Dylan is overrated trash.
