My Boyfriend wears this symbol around his neck. I'm kind of curious as to what it means. He told me what it meant to him, but curiosity has finally gotten to me and I am wondering. Thank you to anyone that can help me. ^.^

Looks like just a basic Celtic knot, which other than personal meanings, were just general art work. That particular one may be a stylized triquetra, but even so has any number of possible meanings, which are dependent on one's own beliefs.
