I've been accepted back by someone and yet Uchiha Roxas argues that my presence will lead some people to leave the guild.
I think not.
What do you guys think?
Does it really even matter anymore?

If there's a bunch of people all agreeing that a bloodline is OP or whatever, it's probably best to leave it be. Though, I wasn't there, so I wouldn't know.

I don't believe making it a public question with a poll or not is the way to go about this Xzaro.
This would be one of the things you just leave to time itself, while observing the members of the guild to see how they respond to your presence.

Xzaro's been bugging me over PMs for a while, it was me who told him that a lot of people would leave because during the arguments; not only did we have people threatening to leave if Xzaro's behavior continued but people did leave and when I asked them why, most of them returned the answer that Xzaro and his friends whom he kept giving his OP stuff to were just out to ruin the guild and basically they jumped ship before it died. He also wanted to post this up, said he'd do it himself if needs be, so I let him. I can't stop him posting what he wants to post but this is ridiculous.
In any case, Zerrif has been given back control of the guild, the guild mule and I'm going to start my own project. Naruto's lost its luster in my eyes. I want to be a Green Lantern.

Hey, wanna know who's lining up to see the Apache Chief movie? Nobody. Maybe you're all in on the Space Ghost Live-Action flick while you're at it.

To all who are commenting on Xzaro's return, I want to be quite clear toward Xzaro and make sure everyone knows this:
Trying to get people on your side after multiple kicks is not a good idea when the same people who kicked you are still in the guild. It looks like you are trying to win people over, and get them on your side, and shows that you are not trying to work towards being a part of the community, but rather trying to work towards us giving you what you want. This thread is being locked, I do not want to hear about whether or not someone thinks something you did was right or wrong. This branches into arguments, and then ultimately into a bunch of fighting between members. The end result in the past has been members being kicked from WotS, and we want to refrain from that.
Please be respectful. If you get back in, do not try to win people over. If you want to be a part of this community, work with the moderators and do not publicly post up things we have said to you. We have said them to you, it is confidentially between you and the moderator, we will try as moderators to always hold the standard of member moderator confidentiality where possible.
Also, let me make another thing clear:
Nobody in this guild who has been a captain since we moved from the old subforums has been an owner of the guild. The exception is me, and I have had contracts with all captains where possible that they must give the guild back if I ask. That being said, I have only had to use that contract once, and it was because the dispute was so large that it would not go away on it's own. I like for the captains to have full control when they take the guild from me(such as Roxas had) and I am not strict with them on how they run it. I am saying this because in the past members have felt the need to ask a captain for the guild, and I want everyone to know that I reserve the right to take the guild back, and I reserve the right to choose a new captain through council or on my own depending on circumstances. This does not mean you do not have a say, it means that you cannot expect me to drop 1 mill of my gold on WotS and let someone else sell the guild for 50K like what happened to the old WotS.
