Hello, I'm Embers and I found out about this ball and guild just this summer. Unfortunately I have always been busy during summer, so I could never really help out or participate in the events. I would love to offer my assistance for this event. I do draw and have a creative side, but I am willing to help wherever you need me.

What we would really love is to see you join us in the ball this year, even if it's not as staff- heck, that means you can enter contests and win prizes! And since planning for the next ball is only two-and-a-half weeks off, it shouldn't be long at all before you can join the planning!
(Although honestly my room is waaaaay behind because life keeps doing that thing where it happens so maybe you could help there? We need things like the main thread coded and contest ideas come up with and art if I don't find my tablet in time. Unfortunately our plot is set so I can't offer for you to play a constellation in our room. But uh, I'll gladly mooch your skills. xD PM me if you're interested?)

Haihai! Just call me Smitty, please, if ya likey. Ummm, hmm I have been going to the balls since, well, I can't remember. lol But I have been on Gaia for a while, and have such fond memories.
I am an avid role player, a writer, and love to read. I also have Photoshop, if you need help with some of that jazzyness. Hmm, I'm on here mostly in the evenings during the week and all the time on weekends!
So, I know you are in the middle of crunch time, so just let me know where you want me...and I shall go there to help!
Also if you still need help with prizes, please let me know. I may have what you are looking for, may be able to make it, or may be able to get it way under cost.

I joined the AURB planning in 2012 but fell off the face of Earth because I got really awkward and confused, but I am back now as a roleplayer for Vi and Pinkie's room. (◕ ◡ ◕ ✿)

Diamond Wales here! Umm, joined a bit ago, but because of well, having trouble deciding on a room to help and confusion, plus running my own guild, I kind of decided to pull out. However, I heard that Vi needed last-minute volunteers so I stepped up to help.
Noobie here as far as the Ball is concerned, but I did have a thread during the last one for guild recruitment (which I'm going to be doing again, time permits) and feel kind of bad that I have never been to the ball before, despite being on the site for a decade now (I am such a derp about that, seriously). So, here I am, I guess I get to have fun trying not to get confused right off the bat! sweatdrop
