Dante saw her walk passed him and he didn't think anything of it. He had to show respect for his fiance's parent's weather he knew them or not. He took his seat when her father allowed him a seat. As he got comfortable her father began speaking to him and his talk peaked his interest when Aki cut him off. His eyes turned to her and wondered what she had done. He knew he wasn't her only suitor just she wasn't but the point was that she had done something that was agreed on to not be brought up again. He smirked a bit and then looked away from her. She was dong a great job of making their day sound like nothing when it really wasn't. They did more than that and actually talked out their problem. "It is just as your daughter said, my King." He said in a dismissive tone as he went to go eat. He would have to play the part of being uninterested as well in order that it still seemed as if they did not bond at all. 'I really am selfish....' He thought to himself.

Dante looked at her father curiously when he spoke to him. He wasn't sure how to take what he told him but he knew he was alluding to something along the lines of a warning. Which he really thought was funny. She was perfectly fine now and he was actually trying to get more time to himself with her. He just nodded to show that he understood him but inside he wanted to chuckle at how concerned he was with him. "I understand how disappointing that was." He said trying to sound sad by it but he was happy she had done that. If she hadn't then she would have already been married with someone that wasn't him and he would be devastated if he had heard the news. When he asked about the plans Aki;s answer stung him a bit but she had to do it and he had to go along with it if they were to be alone later without them trying to find them."Yeah, I think we spent enough time together." He said as she looked away from him. He said to agree with her. He saw that she was being picked on and he frowned a bit. "It's fine we have more days together and if she chooses to be with me later then fine. You don't have to pressure her into liking me or spending all of her time with me. I have a week here. I'm sure that's enough time for her to want to spend time with me on her own." He said with a tone of disinterest but he really was getting tired of her father pressuring her to spend all of her time with even if he did want all of her time.

Dante listened to what they were saying and wondered when they would actually tell her parents that they were no longer at each other throats like they used to be. He ate his food but he knew he wouldn't get to her until way more later than he wanted to since they had decided to disappear on their own. He started to think about him and her. He couldn't possibly have enough time to catch up with her again in the time that he was to stay there. He knew that but he knew he couldn't stay long anyway because he needed to be in control of is kingdom again to ensure that his father remained well and in good health. That was the only reason he stepped up as King. In reality he was King already and no longer a prince but he wouldn't allow that title to be given to him until he was sure that he could handle that on his own. He looked up at Aki to see her face soften a little from her normal look she gave him when she was in front of her parents. He blushed lightly as he looked away from her and looked at his food. He finished it and excused him self hoping his face had lightened up. He still couldn't look at her like he used to.

He opened the door to see her back facing him but still at the door as if she was waiting for him. He hugged her and kissed her cheek. "Are you ready to go, Aki?" He said playfully to her. He knew he had too much fun being able to touch like he did or kissing her cute cheeks he missed. He let her go slowly. He didn't know how long she wanted to be at the lake they used to be at when they were kids but he wanted to go already.

Dante sighed when he didn't get the response he wanted.She was too distracted. He held her hand in his and followed her closely. He frowned just a bit when he realized what she was thinking about. He felt her hand tighten on his. He shook his head and sighed. "I thought they told you about that. I can't stay as long as you would like here because I already taken up responsibilities as King." he hated to hear her so disappointed. He knew a week wasn't enough for both of them. He stopped and pulled her close to his chest held her cheek in his hand so she would look at him. "They didn't tell you that if we seemed like we were actually okay with each other they would send me back with you." He smiled widely at her and put his forehead on hers.

Dante smiled at the sight of her smile. He liked seeing her like that. It made him happy when he could make her smile. He nodded. He wanted her to come with him. Then she could see how he changed over the years they were apart from each other. Plus his parents wanted to see Aki. She was going to be forced to come even if they had not made up like they did. They missed her. "I might be doing it on purpose. But I'm not telling you if I am it not. That would be no fun then." He closed his eyes at the feel of her hands on him. He even ended up leaning in to it a bit. He opened his eyes slowly when she asked him if she should act. He smiled at her. "I think you should act." He said to her. He knew full and well what happens when she does either but he wanted to know what she was tempted to do when he was this close. He touched her cheek gently, feeling her soft skin under his.

Dante smiled softly at her and his eyes wandered to her lips as she spoke to him. he wondered how she can be holding something back. What could she be holding back? His question was answered when her lips met his own and he melted into them. His heart raced in his chest and his breathe quickened as if the air around him was disappearing. I really need to get used to her kissing but i dont think i ever will He thought to himself. When she pulled away he looked at her with dreamy eyes wondering why she had pulled away from him. He went to her ear slowly as she spoke to him. His arms wrapped around her wasit and slowly pulled her to his body. "I will be the only one and the last one my Aki." he whispered to her in her ear and kissed her cheek tenderly. He wrapped his hand around hers and pulled her to walk with him. he smiled at her playfully. "You know I can tease you and kiss you all day but we will never get to where we want if I only act on what i want all the time." he teased her and stared walking to the lake house.
