This is my story: Life became surreal when I had seen the man who was claimed to be both my father, and nothing but dead. I searched his face for answers, but found my own feet running into his arms by themselves. His arms extended out into an embrace was a welcoming sight, and his face full of warmth and affection. The smile on his face seemed to be plastered happiness. Grimacing in endearment. The claws shot out of me, and the next thing I knew, I was looking at my body, limp on the forest ground. And a frightening creature with a hole in its chest. How would I have known.
That it was a hollow.
It was unfortunate, my mother had to hold another funeral. I had apparently died by the hand of a drunk driver, but many knew the real reason why. It was the same reason why my father and brothers had died. And eventually, my mother had died by the hand of a hollow. She was the last to join us. However..,
When I awoke, I could smell the familiar scent of tea brewing, and the stench of a cigar. The happy laughter filled my ears like water in a cup, and for a moment, I thought I must've been dreaming. But the pain in my left shoulder hadn't subsided. And that's when I saw him, the wafting smoke following his built figure. Again, my body moved of its own accordance, and I ignored the damage I probably would've been causing myself. I called out to them. My brothers, my mother, and my father. The laughing paused a second, and exclamations of both joy and fear came about the vicinity. That's when I knew I was home.
Dad was never the one to sit and watch paint dry. He threw me into a pit of endless battles, and had me encounter different targets to shoot with my bow and arrow. Then, he had me "take a swing" on a blade. When he saw I could slice, cut, and demolish whatever was in the sword's way, he let me hone my skills on that. It wasn't my favorite weapon, but to the benefit of it, I made a new friend. His name's Kasai. Kasai Enjō. He's a little weird. Extremely loyal though. He's a winged wolf. And he has fire for fur. But it doesn't hurt when I pet him, and being around him calmed me down. I soon found out, he's a lot more frightening than I thought. He was what gave me the ability to cut things like they were pieces of fish. I even got a feast for the winged wolf that possessed my blade. My father, of course, was astonished. And refused to tell me what was going on. All he kept saying, "Its's time, it's time." Time for what?
Time to be the first female Shinigami in my family to be part of the Thirteen Court Guards.

Hello, I've just got a few quick things to check up on.
First off, who approved your profile? This isn't meant to be rude or demeaning, I'm just checking to make sure that this was fully approved, just for the sake of organization.
Second off, your character's age seems a little high lol. Most captains are closer to 500, and 1000+ is generally reserved for the super high class ones like the head captain. But don't take my word for it, ask the Captain, Ax, this is just an opinion of mine.
Finally, you put the wrong division in your actual profile lol. Your title says Squad 8, but the profile says squad 10. Normally I wouldn't care, but since Squad 10 is my division I just want to sort this out lol.
